Charming house in Provence swimming pool and exceptional view

Stone house located 600 m above sea level in the Alpes de Haute Provence.
In the countryside and 2.5 km from the village of Forcalquier in the Alps of Haute Provence, the property is built on 1 Ha of land, independent of the owners' house.
The exceptional view at 300 ° on the Luberon massif and magnificent skies (the Impressionists have painted this very special light a lot) and around us other farms and fields of various crops depending on the year but often wheat or sunflowers .
The climate is hot in summer but the nights are cool and thick stone walls keep it cool.
Several outdoor terraces for dining and resting with lounge chairs and hammock, one of which is covered with a gas barbecue.
The 120 m2 house has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor with adjoining bathroom and separate WC and 2 upstairs bedrooms with bathroom and WC.
All comfort is provided as well as a laundry room with dryer and ironing.
The bedding is new and the quality bed linen and towels.
All cleaning products or detergent are available.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, just for the pleasure of sleeping under the duvet and open windows.
From mid May until mid October you can enjoy the 10 X 4 m swimming pool adjoining the house
The owner's house is on the property but your tranquility is protected and we can be at your disposal if you wish while not far.
If you need errands for a late arrival we are at your disposal.

The House :
 Although the house has an entrance hall, you always enter through the kitchen, this is often the case in the countryside!
On the ground floor the kitchen to the east open to the living room to the south followed by the lounge and the TV corner to the west. The windows allow you to have 3 exposures and the sun from morning until sunset.
Still on the ground floor, the entrance hall with toilets as well as a 140 bed bedroom with its bathroom.
Then upstairs 2 bedrooms 160 beds or separated according to your request with a bathroom shower, bath and toilet.
Outside, several terraces in terraces, one of which is covered with barbecue and a covered area for your car.
On the lower ground floor, an independent laundry room with dryer and ironing as well as a large outdoor drying rack for the pleasure of drying in the wind.
In terms of costs, we only add to the rent the heating costs € 100 per week in low season only and if necessary and on request only in mid season.
We require a deposit of € 250 on arrival and returned on your departure.
Linen is provided at no extra charge (bed linen, bathroom linen, kitchen linen)
Bath towels for the pool will be provided if desired.
Beds are made upon arrival.
All cleaning and laundry products are provided.
We can do your food shopping for your arrival at your request if you wish.
