Enjoy breathtaking water views from every room in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home right on Great Pond. 6 adult maximum capacity, 8 person total. 3 car maximum. Access to boat launch and sandy shore, stroll or ride bikes on scenic path to Bristol Beach, minutes from great shopping. This spacious house has an open floor plan, expansive kitchen with large island open to living room, dining room and sun room. Two full master suites (one on 1st floor and 1 on 2nd floor), the second floor has a full family room, efficiency kitchen, big screen TV, and amazing deck with high top table and glider adirondack chairs. Three furnished decks for enjoying morning coffee and sunset dining. There is also an outdoor shower. No event bookings, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family gatherings, guest barbecues, unregistered visitors at the house.

Beautiful home that is filled everything you need. Our host was wonderful and very informative. The view from the front rooms and master bedroom was amazing! Cute little town area and everything you need to enjoy the Cape is not far away. Thank you for a wonderful week, just perfect for 7 of us!

My family and I were celebrating the wedding of our oldest son and we really enjoyed our stay at the property. Joanna, our host, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating and her house was perfect. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great Family place

We had 8 people there. Awesome location. Right on the water. We paddle board, fished and swam all next to our house. Looking forward to going back next year.

Wow! What an amazing house, which helped make our family vacation perfect. The house is situated in a great location with beach access only steps away and a path directly in front of the house for walks. We had 3 children, 3 and under, and it was so easy to navigate activities( kayaking/ bike riding and walks) around their different nap times because there was so much to do without having to drive anywhere,Joanna is an amazing host. Anything and everything you could possibly need is in the house. The interior of the house is beautiful...makes you really feel like you are on vacation. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this house was immaculate! I could go on and on about everything I loved about this house. I wish every house I booked was this perfect. Thank you, Joanna for helping to make our vacation so special.

This was the best home we have ever stayed in using VRBO! Everything was perfect and Joanna is a wonderful owner/host. This spectacular waterfront home exceeds expectations! The water views can be enjoyed from three decks, two living areas and kitchen/dining spaces, all tastefully furnished and comfortably appointed. A walking path in front of the home takes you on a shady waterfront journey along the pond and to the beach beyond, perfect for a scenic exercise routine. The homeowner is super friendly and her attention to detail is evident throughout the home, with plentiful kitchenware and glassware and an assortment of board games and puzzles for rainy day fun. This year marked our sixth summer visit to this beautiful home, and we already look forward to returning in 2027 to make more fun family memories.

Spectacular!!! This house was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly hope for! The views from the decks were gorgeous and we loved waking up every morning to watch the sunrise! We were able to walk to town and also enjoyed walking along the path to the beaches. But mostly, we enjoyed just being together on the decks or in the family rooms playing games, watching movies, and just relaxing. It was so beautiful that there was no reason to leave! o)The best thing was getting to meet Joanna! Her impeccable taste and thoughtfulness made this one the best vacations my family has had! She really did think of everything you could possible need and was so kind to check in on us in case there was anything else we needed.Thank you, Joanna, for sharing your beautiful, relaxing home with us! Fabulous house! Photos do not do it justice. The water views take your breath away. Was perfect for our multi-gen family vacation. Loved the kayaking and swimming right across the street. Unbelievably equipped with everything you could possibly need. Joanna was delightful and was able to let us have an early check in and late check out.

Cape Summer Wedding/Family Vacation

Awesome Cape home conveniently located close to most everything in Falmouth, MA yet at the end of a quiet street with gorgeous views! This home comfortably accommodated six guests and had all of the amenities we needed to truly feel at home. Gracious and caring host was a pleasure to work and communicate with before and after our rental. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic East Falmouth home

Exceptional Property and Owners!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Joanna, the owner was extremely helpful, kind, and very communicative. The house is even better than the pictures! Beautiful spot with so many bonus add-ons (bikes, kayaks, and a very stocked kitchen with everything you need.) We were amazed at this house and would most definitely rent again. We had 8 of us staying here (two families) and there was more than enough space for everyone. Highly recommend!

Five Star Stay on Great Pond!

This property is a delight to visit, as it has been thoughtfully renovated and maintained. Each year the owner upgrades the home and furnishings to keep it looking spectacular. The waterfront vista beckons from three nicely appointed decks. Cozy details such as pretty table settings and fun board games make it a relaxing retreat. The owner makes us feel most welcome and comfortable each time we return for a summer visit. Much appreciated! This is a 5 star experience!

Five stars for waterfront oasis!

We enjoyed magical waterviews from three decks and all living/dining/kitchen areas in this beautifully renovated home. The walking path in front of house is perfect for waterfront strolls along Great Bay. The owner of this property is so professional and responsive, and her attention to detail shows throughout the house. It is thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to relax! This was our third visit in as many years, and we will be back in 2024. Looking forward!

Waterfront living at its best!

This gem of a waterfront property is a perfect spot for relaxing. Two beautifully appointed decks provide a front-row seat to take in the beauty of the cove. The home is thoughtfully designed and the homeowner is super friendly and responsive. This is a retreat for all ages! My elderly Mom loves to watch the waterfront and appreciates the first-floor bedroom with ensuite bath. Path in front of house is great for younger visitors, who can walk along the water and head down to the beach for seaside fun. Good times!

Great Pond vacation

Property was excellent. Great location on the shores of Great Pond, easy to get downtown. The 2 master suites worked out great, and the other bedrooms made it easy to hold the whole family. The rest of the house was really nice, great views of the pond, three large decks, one covered with a retractable awning. There were 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, and multiple water floats. The kitchen was fully supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and just about anything you’d need. We had a great week there. The hosts was very responsive throughout the process

Spotless home with ample, comfortable accommodations for our large, multigenerational family of eight! Incomparable views of the harbor, and the children loved being able to walk across the street and along the shoreline. Our family loves to cook, and the kitchen had everything needed for our family chef. Our hostess was quick to respond to any question. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Relaxing, week-long stay

The property was the perfect place for our vacation. The house was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and had such an amazing view and the nearby lake. Joanna was also very lovely — she met us on the first day and gave us a tour of the house and would respond to our text messages punctually throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again 100%!

Best VRBO experience ever!

This beautifully renovated home was set on a salt water protected inlet, perfect for the kayaks provided. We also brought a 17’ Whaler which we launched one block from the house at the public launch. Bicycling on the area bike paths was beautifully scenic. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the features of this home including two fire pits, indoor fireplace, gas grill, bikes, kayaks, gorgeous sunrises and moonrise’s over the water. This is an idyllic piece of paradise. Oh, did I mention the homeowner was wonderful too? Joanna walked us through the home on arrival and even checked in on us by text during our stay to be sure everything was perfect! I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Amazing modern house, with great views

We stayed here for a Covid-safe Christmas and loved everything about the property. The views were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was sparkling clean. Would highly recommend!
