Loft was as depicted, one of the most inexpensive, nicest places i found in the area. Good communication from our host and we had no issues.

The overall room was horrible the sheets on the bed didn’t match wash towels were thin to where you could see through them bed sitting on a board water pressure low just a bad experience blinds at back door tore where somebody could see you picture is false advertisement

Amazing

I loved the place, very quiet, very peaceful. On the banks of a small river with iguanas as my morning buddy. I'll definitely be going back! Soundproofing isn't the strength but the surroundings are very quiet so it wasn't an issue. Very nice communication with the host and the place was very clean. A nice 10/10.

It’s a one timer

Received message it was time to check in BUT THE WRONG CODE TO ACCESS KEY bed was hard (AKAI) and way to low A 12 inch step to go in the bathroom was a little high

Upon the guest telling me code was incorrect I immediately responded with correct code and updated on the plaform. The hieght of the boat from the dock fluctuates with the tide, on low tide the boat is lower so it is a bigger step to come onboard. There is a hand rail and a post to hold on to to assist you on.

Awesome pad very quite and private with a private back deck sitting area on the water

As a former DT Lauderdale local I personally loved everything about this place. Jamie and her husband designed this place very well with the finishes and the high ceiling makes it feel very open and like an actual apartment more than a studio ...Plus, they threw in a sleep number queen bed which is clearly better than any hotel bed for a fraction of the price. This place is perfect for any purpose, $5 uber to DT Lauderdale / about 7 bucks to Las Olas and maybe $12-14 to the beach. You dont even need a rental car if you were vacationing b/c it so close to everything fun to do in the whole city PLUS only 15 mins to FLL. For business (my purpose for this trip) I am close to the night life and best restaurants and I'm right on I95 which shaves 10 mins off every drive you make outside of the city. I can get to Aventura in 20 mins / DT Miami in 25 mins and SoBe in 35 without traffic. My big thing on business trips is always 1) comfy bed 2) nice private bathroom and 3) kitchen if possible for a low price so I dont have to eat out every night... Well this place hits all those 3 for me and with upscale brands and finishes. The bathroom is spacious and modern with a large glass door rain shower. No corners cut on this place... highly recommend this place its the full package for waaaaaay better value than others I looked at in the price range. I'll see them again soon for my next biz trip if its hopefully not already booked!

Enjoyed my time

Except for visible stains on the couch and the shower not properly draining, I would do it again. I would've liked to see more pictures of the place, to get a better idea of what's included. The owner was great and answered all my questions!

The couch has a small stain and I cannot remove it. I’ve had no complaints regarding shower drain but I will always look into any issues immediately when notified for my guests.

Very cute Studio condo.

The inside of the studio was great freshly remodeled and clean. The outside could use some work. Mailbox was down so we could not find the address on the property. Because we were on our motorcycles the parking situation with the very uneven parking area was quite difficult. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
