Prime location residence "The BEACH", 10 meters from The Lavandou's fine sandy beach, close to all amenities, the harbour and the city center, is the best accommodation to spend your holidays ! This well-appointed residence features a private garden and parking, a tennis court and a petanque court.
Nice cabin studio apartment on the 4th floor (with lift) can accomodate up to 4 people with a living area of 23 m² and a terrace looking onto the sea. Entrance hall, cupboard, shower room with toilet, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80 cm). The living room features a double bed (140 cm), a TV and an equipped kitchenette (electric burners, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Wifi. Air conditioning. Sun shield. Parking space n°7. Additional visitor's tax. Rated 2 stars.
