Nuestros 4 apartamentos están ubicados en un edificio privado del siglo XIX ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico de BEAUNE.
El BEAUNE GUIGOGNE es un apartamento dúplex de 101 m², por lo que existe la posibilidad de dividir el apartamento para 2 personas únicamente.
Este apartamento está situado en el segundo piso con ascensor y combina lo moderno con lo antiguo. Este apartamento es apto para personas con movilidad reducida acompañadas en la parte baja del dúplex: salón – comedor – cocina – dormitorio – baño – aseo).
En el primer nivel:
Salón acogedor que se abre a una gran cocina abierta que ofrece una estética suave y original. Compuesto por un amplio dormitorio totalmente equipado: cama de 160 x 200 y un amplio baño con ducha totalmente alicatada con asiento. Aseos separados.
En el Segundo nivel:
Encontrará 2 dormitorios con cama doble de 200 x 160, un baño con ducha y WC. Un pequeño y cálido salón donde relajarse.

This was an ideal location for our stay in Beaune. Plenty to do, easy access to many bistros and shopping, and the location was central to all. The bakery across the street was a big hit as we got baguettes and croissants each morning to pad our expanding waistline. Perfect for drinking wine all day. The hosts were always available for questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Jocelyne's charming apartment! We were sisters travelling to Beaune for the first time. The home gave us a wonderful place to hang out and be together, and yet we all had our very comfortable rooms to retreat to. Jocelyne was a wonderful host and was there for us to answer any question at any time. We truly couldn't have asked for anything better!

The location and property were incredible. In the heart of the city and close enough to parking garage. Great communication with host. Incredibly flexible and accommodating allowing us more time to enjoy the city. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing accommodations in this region to stay here based on central location. Comfortable chairs and beds, strong shower pressure.

Great location. Ideal for two couples. The main floor bedroom and bathroom could close off from the living kitchen area so it provided privacy. The upstairs two bedrooms and one bathroom were perfect as well. They could mention the stairs as they are a little steep and difficult to get big suitcases upstairs. Parking was provided. Very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved it.

great location and great host...
very typical french apartment. great location inside the wall in beaune. host is wonderful; very thorough, funny, and easy to get in touch with. would stay again.

Fantastic stay
Best VRBO experience ever. The apartment is well-located, very clean, excellent appliances, furniture, TV, WiFi, parking. Joce is a dream and makes you feel very welcome and takes care of everything. This is a real gem.

Return Visit
This is our second year staying at this property and I cannot say enough how happy we were with the accommodations and the attention shown by Jocelyn. We will return again next year.

A Perfect Stop Off in Downtown Beaune
Jocelyne's duplex apartment in the heart of Beaune was a perfect jumping off point for our activities in the region. The apartment itself is spacious and clean as a whistle, with comfy beds and pillows, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry and enchanting artwork throughout. Jocelyne met us upon arrival and provided a comprehensive tour of the unit along with some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great apartment blend of old and new
We had a wonderful 10 day stay here. Joce was an excellent host! The apartment was modern, uncluttered, clean and comfortable in an old stone building with character within walking distance to everything in town. The upstairs bedrooms have their own sitting room and there’s a hand rail for those cautious about any stairs.The provided parking is also covered and nearby. We plan to stay here for any future visits to Beaune, it was great!

Stay in Beaune
We absolutely loved the apartment. The communication with Jocelyn was terrific. She met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. She was always available if we needed any help on restaurants and things to do in Burgundy.
The apartment was furnished perfectly for us. The location was great. In all it was a wonderful stay and absolutely would stay there again if we return to Beaune.

What an amazing rental in Beaune!
We had a family wedding near Beaune and rented this lovely apartment from Home Sweet Beaune and it was perfect! It was conveniently located near the city center. Our adult sons stayed upstairs and had their private space while my husband and I shared the first floor. The apartment was furnished beautifully and the ac blew very cold and kept us comfortable. Every amenity was available with a washer and dryer, coffee machine, spot for bike rentals and a fully equipped kitchen and a safe parking spot. We will be back!

Great location, great host
The location was right across from a great bakery and Cooks Atilier, steps from the heart of Beaune with fairly easy parking facilities for medium sized car.
Jocelyne was great and her help when we checked in late was above and beyond. Coming out at night to help us find the way back from the car parking. The accommodations were as promised, nice, clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful old building with character, make sure you make it out to the balcony and see the spiral stone staircase, every thing we wanted in our stay in Beaune France, thank you Jocelyne
