Sunny and fresh room by Acacia mall

Sandra is an accountant and businesswoman from Kampala and Andrew is a visual artist and designer from Brazil/Norway. After living together for a couple of years in KLA we decided to open up our home to guests through AirBnb. The experience has been a largely positive one; introducing us to many new and interesting people from around the world, as well as help us with a small side income. After a short venture with the booking site, and after finding out we had a baby on the way, we decided to rent a second house as side business, and we are very happy to now offer a range of rooms in our two houses located in Kololo/Kamwokya. Both houses are modernist brick buildings from the mid 70s, but newly renovated with a clean, minimal look. The homes have a lot of green areas, big windows, bright rooms with furniture designed by Andrew and produced in cooperation with local craftsmen.

We are both film enthusiasts, so nights are usually spent watching movies, from old Hitchcock thrillers to modern classics from the world cinema. We´re still working on the roof-top terrace, but within short time our outdoor mini-cinema should be up:)
