This perfect little cottage has just the right amount of charm for a romantic getaway. Completely renovated with lots of character in tact. One bedroom with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. But why stay inside when there are two large decks to enjoy the sunshine and breeze? The kitchen is open to the living area and is all pleasantly decorated for a relaxing weekend. We tried to think of everything you will need to make it a great retreat. Surfside Beach is a great place to unwind and relax. Come enjoy Coconut Cottage!

So wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coconut cottage! It’s an adorable space that’s so well appointed, nice sharp knives, good pans for cooking, a comfy bed, and a great location. Oscar was a wonderful host, he had lots of helpful suggestions for the area, and when we inquired whether there was a drip coffee maker at the cottage, he offered to buy one so we would have it. We can’t say enough about how wonderful the space is and what great hosts come with!

So Nice!

Great, quiet neighborhood. Water view from front porch a calming plus! Nurses was excellent. TV easy to access online accounts. Well appointed bath with washer/drier, much appreciated. Would have liked comfy bath towels though. Kitchen has it all. Super close to beach was an added bonus. Will definitely come back.

The weather was beautiful and the place was nice in a quiet neighborhood close to different places to eat! Small but plenty room for the 2 of us!!

Great for Weekend Getaway!

Wonderful place for a weekend getaway! Had everything we needed. It was blazing hot this last weekend so it was nice to have to two internal A/C units keeping us nice and cool! The host Oscar was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to our next visit soon! Thank you!!

Coconut cottage

Perfect quaint cottage for 2. Perfect for our dogs too! Short walk down the street to the beach with restaurants and coffee shop close by. Owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Cute Place, Great Location

This is a great place to stay in Surfside! It is cute and clean and the location is awesome. The owner is great and gave great suggestions for food/etc. Because of the recent storms we didn't have golf cart beach access from the street, but still had access on foot. The only small thing we didn't love were the window coverings - they are very sheer at night, and the shower window wasn't quite covered completely. Not a deal breaker and may not bother other people. We would definitely book again and will reccomend to friends.

Amazing hosts and a fun coastal stay

You couldn’t find better hosts for a vacation to the Texas coast! They just had a hurricane and the place looked untouched by the storm. The host made sure we were informed about our stay from the time of the storm until we arrived! They checked on us to make sure we had what we needed and they took care of the post storm mosquito problem. We loved the place and the hosts!

Tropical storm.

Was not able to go because of the flooding conditions at the time. Could not get into Surfside. Was and still an VERY disappointed. But cant control the weather. We love surfside When I let the owners know that we could not stay during that time i was told that the conditions were fabricated by the media and that it wasnt bad, although I saw videos from residents with washouts and flooded sewers. I guess im just out those funds.

Exceptional Cottage

Coconut Cottage is such a comfortable place to stay. It's close to the beach and good restaurants. We had everything we needed, and our little fur baby got to come with us! The owners were very prompt to answer our questions. We couldn't be happier and look forward to staying there again!

Great getaway

I loved staying here! It was quiet and cozy and very relaxing! Had great coffee!! And most anything that you would need for your start. Within walking distance of the beach, and some great restaurants!

Beautiful Cozy Beach House!

Everything was perfect! House was light and airy, beautifully decorated. Plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked and the coffee was great! Host gets a 12 out of 10.

Perfect for two

We enjoyed our stay and the property is stocked with everything we needed. The listing is exactly as described. It was a perfect getaway for two. We stay in Surfside once or twice a year and this location is the best. It's close to everything including the beach and restaurants. The check in and check out was easy and communication was great. We will likely stay here again.

Great stay at Coconut Cottage in Surfside Beach TX

This property was a great place for my wife and I to spend a few nights at one of our favorite Texas Beaches. We slept great and enjoyed the amenities offered at the cottage. The location of the property is excellent and the host was very helpful with everything from check in and out, using the property and recommendations in the surrounding area. We will be back again.

We loved our time here. My 14 year old daughter and I made some good memories at Surfside Beach. Mosquitos come with the territory but we did find bug spray. The house was easy, had what we needed and it was clean. Thank you!
