This cozy converted garage is the perfect home away from home located in South Nashville, just 4 miles from Downtown! Our private guest suite includes a full kitchen, cozy King bed with firm memory foam mattress, one couch, one loveseat, games, Wi-Fi and a TV with access to Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video and more! This property which offers plenty of private parking and easy self-check-in is a quick $12 Uber/Lyft ride to Downtown and 12 South. The cute studio, fully-stocked with toiletries, coffee, towels and linens, is the perfect place to retire after a long day of traveling, honky-tonking, shopping, brewery-hopping and sight-seeing.

The rental was just as described. Close to everything you can imagine. Unit was clean, private and very peaceful. If we could rate it higher we would. We will be definitely be making a yearly trip here every year in October. I would highly suggest this to anyone staying in the Nashville area.

Exactly What We Needed — Clean and Quiet

This was the perfect spot for a peaceful couple’s getaway. The home was exactly as expected — clean, quiet, and cozy. We especially appreciated the host letting us use their grill — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better. Everything was just right, and we’d happily stay again!

Perfect little guest house within 10-15 minutes of everything Nashville has to offer. Quaint and safe neighborhood with plenty of dinning options close by. Hosts were communicative, accommodating, friendly, and thoughtful. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely book again. I’d highly recommend staying here if visiting Nashville.

Everything was perfect. I was in Nashville while my dad was in Vanderbilt Hospital. I needed calm and quiet. That is exactly what I got. I was able to relax and get my needed rest and sleep during a tough week with my family.

Great location. Very clean! Take into account that this is a garage turned into a guest house; thus, no windows. Would have preferred an AC unit as I like it very cool.

Best place in Nashville

Erin and Charlie have a wonderful little place set up for visitors! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! If we go to Nashville again we will book with them. Everything was great! No issues or complaints from us!

Weekend stay

We came to Nashville for the weekend to go to the flea market and go antiquing. The guest cottage was clean and quiet during our stay. It was convenient to the major roads in Nashville. Erin was very easy to communicate with, and made check in and out a breeze! Very cute space!

I came to Nashville from Michigan for my birthday weekend, and I loved the place. Very cute, just what we needed. Absolutely loved they provided a fan, shower things, and make up wipes! If we ever come back we will be booking again

Great place to stay

I was in town for my nieces’s graduation and visiting friends while in town. The location central and convenient to restaurants, stores and gas stations! The house is very nice and has everything you need!
