Our private guest suite includes a full kitchen, cozy King bed with firm memory foam mattress, one couch, one loveseat, games, Wi-Fi and a TV with access to Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video and more! This property which offers plenty of private parking and easy self-check-in is a quick $12 Uber/Lyft ride to Downtown and 12 South. The cute studio, fully-stocked with toiletries, coffee, towels and linens, is the perfect place to retire after a long day of traveling, honky-tonking, shopping, brewery-hopping and sight-seeing.

Awesome experience

Such a cute little private space a few minutes drive from downtown. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a long weekend trip to Nashville and this was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. 100% recommend.

Great Experience!

Our family and I stayed in Nashville for a few days and this was a great place to be! Very convenient location and the hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.

Family emergency

We had to come to Nashville for a family emergency and this place was just what we needed. It was close to the hospital yet away from the chaos of downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Lots of flood nearby if you’re not wanting to cook. But enough cookware provided if you just want a night in. They have the cutest little guest book that allows you to read about all the people who have stayed before. One thing I will say, if you can’t safely back up a vehicle do not park all the way up the drive. Lol

Great place to stay

I was in town for my nieces’s graduation and visiting friends while in town. The location central and convenient to restaurants, stores and gas stations! The house is very nice and has everything you need!

Great trip!

Everything was spotless, great space for my husband and I for the weekend! Extremely comfortable bed and great communication with the host! We would stay again if visiting Nashville!

Comfy Stay

We needed a clean & comfortable place to lay our heads while we stayed in Nashville. This place was a perfect fit! Ample room to hang our clothes, iron & ironing board, full kitchen, comfy loveseat & couch, tower fan, noise machine, etc. they have thought of it all!! We were able to use Uber easily and we really enjoyed being so close to everything. If we come back to Nashville we will book again.

Great little place to stay in nashville

We had a great time. The room was perfect for us. We are not fans of hotels. With the exception of a washer/dryer This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in nashville. It was clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do and see while we were in nashville. The hosts communication was top notch. We will be back again domeday.

Cozy Gem

Cozy guest house. I was very happy with having private parking and a quiet place to relax after sight seeing. This guest house was just perfect a very comfortable living room area with smart tv, kitchen with a full sized refrigerator if you decide to cook, and a king size bed. The location was just minutes from great restaurants, climbing gym, and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Very happy!

Perfect place for my 15-yr old daughter, my sister and me. We were in town for a concert, and this worked out great staying here, less than 5 miles from downtown Nashville.

Convenient location and very nice unit

Location is very close to any needed store and restaurants of many ethnicities. The drive to all the major attractions was very easy and reasonably close. The unit had all the space and conveniences we needed.

Couples Trip

Husband and I taking a couples trip to TN. Nashville was our first stop of our 3 stop stay of the State. This was perfect as we didnt wanna be right downtown but close enough to be able to go adventure what we wanted too... The place was perfect for my husband and I. We were happy our only suggestion would be a mattress topper as the mattress isnt very soft so we had a hard time sleeping. And we let them know of a something we noticed so they could be aware for the future as we didnt want anything bad to happen as my husband is very hand man lol seem to be greatful. Thank if we we come back wed stay again.

Clean and cute!

We followed our son’s travel baseball team he coaches from KS to Nashville. We lived our best lives spending the day watching baseball and the evening listening to great music. This clean and cute garage convert was roomy and a quick Uber ride down to Broadway. 10/10 recommend this place to stay and we will probably be back next summer!!

Concert time

I came with my nieces for a quick vacation for a concert. Check in and out was a breeze. We had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves with the games the host had in the rental. The host’s responsiveness was great. They replied to all my questions quickly. We had a great time!

Awesome little cottage!

We absolutely loved our stay with you guys this place was so cute and we were so close to everything! Lots of attention to details! We actually Ubered to Nashville it was cheaper than driving and didn’t have to pay for parking or deal with traffic that is definitely the way to go! Can’t wait to come back!

Weekend Trip

This place was perfect for our weekend stay. Not too close to downtown but just far enough away for quietness and easy access to all we wanted to do. Everything was clean and it had all the necessities and more! We really enjoyed having our own space and the privacy. The hosts were very friendly and easily accessible if needed. I would definitely recommend this place for an all around great experience!
