Hi Joe, Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your visit to Redstone! We are sorry to hear that the property was not as expected and greatly appreciate the feedback you have provided. Regular maintenance and winterization were scheduled for the pool and pond to start after Labor Day, we apologize if this caused any disturbance during your stay. The lawn is regularly maintained, we received some unseasonal weather conditions prior to your stay and apologize for the unsightliness. The home is serviced regularly by pest control, but we are sorry to hear you found droppings on the counter. Had our team been informed of requests, questions, and or issues, during your stay we would have been more than happy to resolve them as quickly as possible. We hope that in spite of any inconveniences you enjoyed your time in Redstone and the surrounding Roaring Fork Valley!
