Esta hermosa villa de estilo mediterráneo tiene 4 habitaciones con 3.5 baños,
La villa se localiza a 15 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional (SJO) en una comunidad de golf de lujo a las afueras de San José. Cerca del hotel Marriott en Heredia, Hotel DoubleTree y Hotel Wyndham. Todas las habitaciones con su propia llave de la puerta, aire acondicionado y área de escritorio. La villa cuenta con internet de alta velocidad en todo. Cuenta con amplios jardines y zonas de terraza con una refrescante. Está a 20 minutos de San José y Escazú. La ubicación de la villa está cerca de Zonas Francas (distrito comercial), hoteles, casinos, parques y carreteras principales. Se puede acceder a todo desde esta ubicación. Los restaurantes entregan comida a la villa. Un conductor con un automóvil con capacidad para 13 o más personas también está disponible para excursiones de un día con costo adicional. La playa está a 1:20 h.
Esta es una villa divertida, relajante y hermosa para alojarse en Costa Rica. Si mereces unas buenas vacaciones, este es el lugar para ti.

Dream Vacation

The property was beautiful, it felt like something out of a movie. Lily was easy to contact as was the groundskeeper Nery who was friendly and available at a moments notice. I would stay here again and I recommend to anyone looking for clean and upscale accommodations. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day! 10/10 we left very happy.

Family vacation

We stayed in the villa for a week for a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. The place is beautiful- very elegant and spacious. Multiple places to gather and chat or play. Rooms are comfortable and big. The pool and hot tub were a great hit. The caretaker is next door- easily accessible and duper helpful. The location is great for exploring the Central Valley. We loved the place.

Gorgeous villa

Everything about this house and property was amazing. The kids adored the pool and the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi in the cooler evenings. The villa is gorgeous, clean, and well-maintained. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again!

San Jose Rental

It's a very nice and large space. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and nicely located. There is a convenient retail area that has a supermarket, several restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend this place if you have a larger group and want to be located near San Jose.

Perfect Spot for a big group

Needed to stay a night near the airport and this house was perfect. 9 of us were very comfortable. 15 minutes from the airport and very nice area. The host Lily was very helpful and nice.

Perfect place after landing in San Jose

This villa is gorgeous. The host was so gracious and accommodating and we arranged with her a delicious late night meal when we arrived. Beds all super comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved this property, and can't wait to plan our next trip to Costa Rica

This property was perfect for our family. We had 9 adults and 3 kids under 3; we had more than enough room. The place is beautiful; we especially loved the pool and eating outside in the covered patio area as much as possible. Lily, the host, was fantastic and incredibly gracious with her help and recommendations. We had the best vacation and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great house!

We had a group of 9, 3 generations traveling and stayed a few days at Lily’s. The house was absolutely fabulous, lots of space, clean, and secure. The pool was nice for the kids and Lily’s husband prepared a traditional Costa Rican breakfast for us on our first morning, it was delicious. There’s no air conditioning in the kitchen and dining room but the air flow was great and it didn’t get too hot, the bedrooms stayed nice and cool!

Beautiful house/ relaxing vacation

We had a great stay at the house. The Caribbean is a lovely and laid back. The house was very clean and the pool perfect for the kids (and grandparents). The grounds are meticulously kept and Erinn was so welcoming and very helpful. We also saw lots of wildlife (sloths, lots of birds, agoutis), as it is right next to Manzanillo preserve and a short walk to the beach. Just a great time and very relaxing.

AMAZING

We were in a group in 10, 5 couples and this was the IDEAL property, each of the bedrooms had it's own bathroom. Lily, the owner was AWESOME, she helped us with excursion plans, she drove us around, her husband's cooking was great. Whatever we asked for Lily made sure we had it. Lily was the ULTIMATE hostess!!!

Nice house, great location

The house is a solid choice for a large group. It is a lovely neighborhood and convenient to places of interest. The owner was away due to a family emergency, so the house was not as clean as one might expect. Some minor maintenance issues need addressing. We assume that these concerns will be addressed. The house is lovely.

The house was warm and welcoming!

Our large family was very impressed by the warm welcome we received! We showed up with hungry children and our hosts helped us to have food ordered for us! They were kind enough to run us to the store and get the things we needed. The home was very clean and everything we needed. We didn’t know to ask ahead of time for the pool to be heated; we were hoping the kids would swim until supper arrived but the water was to cold. So ask ahead! Lily was accommodating to our every need! Thank you!

Wonderful home for family and friends

Lily has done a terrific job of maintaining her home, Casa Primo, in San Jose. We spent several days here and the accommodations were really good. The home is situated close to shops, the grocery store, and in a quiet charming neighborhood. Lily is on hand if you need any special requests or advice on places to go and she is good about ensuring her guests are comfortable. She speaks good English so communications are pretty seamless and she is very detailed oriented in her communications with you. Lily lives on property (to one side) but is not intrusive at all. She is a phone call away if you need her :-)! Really a great place as you explore this beautiful country and friendly people. Our entire family (native Costa Ricans included) were very impressed with this beautiful home and lovely hostess.

Pleasant Overnight Stay near SJO

This was the ideal place to stay overnight after our late arrival at SJO.(about a 20 min drive) My adult daughter and her boyfriend arrived earlier in the day and ate at a wonderful restaurant that was within walking distance. Lily, the host, was extremely helpful with recommendations. Grocery nearby as well. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Our family of 8 adults were very comfortable for our overnight stay. The home is gated which provided an extra level of security. Lily, the host, was very welcoming and prepared us a delicious breakfast the next morning at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended service and a great way to start the day! Even though we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool it appeared well kept and looked inviting. Beautiful flowers and plants on the grounds.

Casa Primo

My family and friends had a great stay at Casa Primo. It was easy to communicate with Lily in English and Spanish. She was responsive about my family’s needs throughout our stay and Ronaldo, who provides transportation as needed for guests staying at the property, is excellent for accomodating any transportation needs. The property is gated and in an upper middle class residential area that is safe. It great to use as home base when taking tours near or outside of the San Jose area. The home is spacious and accomodated our group of 5, comfortably despite not using the spacious bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The only feedback would be that the jacuzzi does not warm up enough to go beyond lukewarm and it takes about 3-4 hrs to warm up. Other than that, this property was pefect for our stay. Will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

Perfect for our group of 10

We had 10 people share the Casa Primo house for a friend and family trip to Costa Rica for a week. The space was perfect. We only used 5 bed rooms, but had 7 available. All the rooms were spacious and had private bathrooms. The kitchen was large enough for our large groups to eat and the patio and pool area was great for the group to hangout and spend time. The night we arrived we had Lily, the owner and our excellent host, prepare us a traditional Costa Rican meal and it was excellent- we would highly recommend it. She even threw in a bottle of wine as an anniversary present. The maid came daily for towels and bedding and the house was clean and beautiful. There was a driver available to transport our whole group to events and the airport, which was very helpful. We also were able to Uber to the city easily. There is a market and shopping center with restaurants in walking distance from the house. Lily went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. She was easy to contact prior to the trip and answered each and every question. While in Costa Rica, she was available to assist with whatever was needed. Overall we would highly recommend and would absolutely stay at Casa Primo again if we travel back to Costa Rica.

Great spot close to airport

Our family of 9 adults and 2 infants stayed here on our final night in Costa Rica. We selected it for it's close proximity to the airport. (It took us about 15 minutes to drive to the rental car drop-off location.) This is a delightful and quaint boutique hotel. The property is well maintained. The décor is very quaint, with painted ceilings, furnishings, old wood doors, etc. We had five separate bedrooms, which were perfect for our family. We did not use the pool since it was raining, but it looked like a refreshing spot to cool off. Furniture in the main gathering room fits nicely with the décor, but is a little spartan and uncomfortable for gathering to socialize or play games. So we gathered in the kitchen area, which had two large tables and plenty of comfortable chairs. This is in a nice area of town. Lily was a very good host. She made us feel welcome and safe. For Americans who are accustomed to specific addresses, things can be a little more challenging to find in Costa Rica. Lily sent us a link to her location that we were able to use in Google maps or Waze, and that worked well. Lily, thank you for being a good hostess and giving us such a nice place to spend our last night in Costa Rica.

Our New Home Italian Villa in Costa Rica

Six of us Ladies stayed at this paradise for 7 days. The review is late because I had a surgery 3 days after return from vacation and over 30 days in recovery. I called VRBO to please reopen the portal for me to review this property and owner Mrs. Lily. She is our new Sister and best friend. What an amazing and accommodating host, chef, and expert of Costa Rica. From the second we arrived, until it was time to leave, we did not have to want for anything. As a matter of fact, I sent many emails prior to our trip and I have no idea how Mrs. Lily had time to answer them when she takes care of her guests at what seems 24/7. Yet, she answered every email, ensured we were not a bother, and gave suggestions that we utilized and planned our entire trip. She is an amazing chef. She made native dishes and took American dishes we explained and put a Costa Rican twist on them to transform into delectable dishes. We ate well!!! Each day we left and returned, our rooms and the house looked like a cleaning crew transformed it. The jacuzzi and the kitchen (her food) was our favorite spots to come home to each evening. What a perfect vacation and solely because of Mrs. Lily, her home, and her driver Ron. Thank you both. We will see you again soon at our New Home in Costa Rica.
