This beautiful fully furnished lake view home with high-end furniture and spacious residence in Deerfield Resort ("Deerfieldresort.com/amenities") offers superior construction, soaring cathedral ceilings and a lot of decks and outdoor spaces with a great view of the Norris Lake. The main level consists of an open great room with fireplace, dining, modern kitchen and two Master suites with a deck overlooking the lake and mountains. Lower level has three bedrooms, two full baths, 2nd kitchen, dining room, and family room. Floors are hardwood, carpet, and tile. Home is 4,026 sq ft and very well maintained. There is a 3rd adjoining lot for privacy.

The house includes a complimentary boat slip with a lift for your boat or water toys, conveniently located just minutes from the property at the resort Marina. You can check the amenities at the resort by searching Deerfield Resort Amenities website: "Deerfieldresort.com/amenities".

Springs Dock is within 5 minutes and offers Boat rentals, ski boats, pontoons, and wave runners for your enjoyments. Also, you can order delivery from Norris Lake Water Sports and park it in your covered boat slip (no added cost) located inside Deerfield marina strategically next to the famous Tiki Bar.

The house comes with FREE Unlimited internet with WIFI, Local and Long distance calls, and DIRECTV for your enjoyments.

Deerfield resorts offer a 6800-yard championship golf course with driving range and practice greens. The golf course offers a full-service pro shop and a restaurant. Also, Deerfield resorts offer an Airstrip with a 3000-foot runway.
Deerfield resorts has recreational amenities such as Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, and Sand Volleyball Court.

McCloud Mountain Trails and Restaurant is within 35 minutes and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and the area with Cabins and a restaurant.

We have stayed here a couple times and love this house. The two master suites on the main floor with kids bedrooms downstairs makes it ideal for multiple families. The covered boat slip is a major perk! The nice big yard allowed for the kids to play and to watch the deer.

Pros: Across from lake views which we could see best from top balcony area with many seating choices. Large home in location/area w/lots of trees & varied lake views. Size of home & price are good. # of bedrooms & bathrooms w/plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen w/variety of cookware, plates, cups, etc. Lots of spices available & liquid hand soap provided. Variety of seating options in & outside. Things to consider: Home is about 30 minutes from any store (travel @ least an hour travel round trip). If you are staying for any length of time, you may want to bring food, dish/dishwasher soap, toilet paper, shampoo/creme rinse, body soap, etc. If mobility issues, lots of stairs, on hilly area, and fairly slanted lot may be a challenge to navigate. There's basic maintenance that could be taking this home up a notch or two. Many light bulbs burned out. Being asked to leave temp @ set temp (no adjusting) when house felt quite chilly is a challenging request from host. I understand not wanting the doors left open, so system does not burn out, but the weather did not call for AC to be running during the week we were there. Coffee pot took literally 2 hours to brew, & Keurig machine needed descaling. One of the bathrooms downstairs suddenly lost all power. Host was responsive, but we still had to travel to town for items we assumed were provided (such as TP). Cleanliness was just okay but could be better. Needs walls cleaned/holes patched/painted in areas. Just be prepared to

We are sorry that the town is 30 minutes away and that you commented us on few things with the house. This is the lowest mark we have received since we had our house in the market. The resort is near the lake and for the major shopping that you mentioned like Walmart is located in the city. I mentioned to you that there is a small store just outside of the gate for necessary items. I sent a list of items you should bring before to coming to the lake. As far as the power went out in the lower bathroom, we noticed that an electric scooter was using the regular outdoor plug and that it tripped the GFI breaker for overload protection. We just had to reset it.

The view of the lake was great! Deer visited us daily. Everyone enjoyed the space and comfort of the house. Very economical when compared to other options.

This house had the perfect layout and plenty of space for our families! 2 master bedrooms in a rental is awesome! The boat slip was a nice perk to have! We had a great time and cannot wait to return in the future!!

We have vacationed here in Deerfield in the past and we really liked the area and decided on a piece of this great resort. The first time we saw this house we knew that this is it. The resort offers many amenities including a championship Golf Course and the only Airstrip in a nearby area and a marina.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This is a great family home with plenty of room and great view of the Norris Lake. The house sits on an acre lot which is rather flat for your enjoyment. In addition, the house has an additional acre lot in the back for privacy. There are two master bedrooms on the first floor with ample closet spaces and laundry. The kitchen is well equipped with most everything that you need. Lower level has 3 additional large bedrooms, a family room, playroom, and a large kitchen area with a table.

What attracted us to this house is the open floor plan and the gorgeous view of the lake from each bedroom which have large windows and each has a door open to the deck.
