Luxurious Beach Front Villa with Amazing Views of the Caribbean

Nestled between Cancun and Playa del Carmen is the fishing village of Puerto Morelos where this great villa is located. Wake up to wonderful sunrises and the murmur of the waves in this modern style villa with oceanviews from its bedrooms and living room. The location is ideal for watersports and is close to the main tourist attraction of the Mayan Riviera. There are two fully equipped kitchens, a bathroom in every bedroom, a sea level terrace and a terrace on the roof for sunbathing, relaxing or a cocktail party. The villa is part of a 7 unit property and has a shared infinity pool. The beach is, right there! Being next to the Dreams Riviera Maya and the Excellence Resorts provides added safety. There is a massage booth and a tours booth next door and all sorts of entertainment near by. The Villa is in front of the second largest coral barrier reef in the world where you can proactice scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, etc.
With the new normality coming to be, it's my priority to keep up the standards to provide you with optimal health and safety measures. Sanitation and cleaning measures are being implemented for a much more secure environment for you and your loved ones. We know that health is important, that's why we take care of you and your loved ones.

Great house!

We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was perfect! Location was private and quiet. It was pure enjoyment there and 24 hour security made you feel at ease day and night.

Great family vacation place

Pretty large villa. Plenty of room for family with mother in law, sister, and teenagers. All had there own space which is great! Location is amazing. Away from the main hotel strip of cancun. A little less touisty, which is what we go for. Beds were amazingly comfortable.

A little piece of paradise

This is a lovely home in a beautiful community of 7 houses. The grounds and infinity pool are well kept and the view over the water just right.. Claudia, the house manager is kind and very helpful.

You have a beautiful property with spectacular surroundings. We loved being close to Puerto Morelos but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Your kitchen is well equipped. Just perfect for a family.

Great location but the villa needs some renovations

The house is located in a beautiful, clean property with a spectacular view and shared pool (large enough that even with several other guests it never felt crowded) and with an easy access to the beach. Almost zero mosquitos and very quiet at night. The owner, Lazaro, was responsive to our requests and needs, and Claudia the manager who is physically present is efficient and responsive. The house sits right in front of the pool and overlooks the ocean, and the views are amazing. It has a peculiar but very spacious configuration, which was perfect for our family reunion of three separate households. The A/C worked well and kept us cool at night. The marble throughout the house feels luxurious, but the upkeep makes the house feel dated. I would encourage Lazaro/Claudia to invest in updated furnishings and better maintenance of the house. Lazaro did tell us that the delivery of new curtains had been delayed due to COVID (there was mold on the curtains and most were broken). Several objects were oxidized (which of course happens near the sea), the pillows of some lounge chairs were completely torn, the shower in the master bedroom had tartar and stains, several lightbulbs were not functional or too dim. Families with young children should beware that the indoor staircase is fully open on one side (no barrier/railing) to the floor below. Lazaro/Claudia were extremely responsive and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. For example, we found the kitchen to have been insufficiently cleaned at our arrival, and the next day Lazaro/Claudia arranged for a cleaning lady at no extra cost. Lazaro has an amazing property, which needs some love and better care to be truly luxurious.

KITCHEN NIGHTMARE

ON THE DAY WE ARRIVED THE TOILET BY FRONT DOOR WAS BACKED UP IT TOOK 4 DAYS TO GET IT PUMPED OUT THE SINK IN THE KITCHEN WAS BLOCKED AND WOULD NOT DRAIN IT WAS THE SAME ON THE DAY WE LEFT 16 DAYS LATER.THE OUTDOOR FURNITURE WAS BROOKEN ON THE ARMS. ONE ARMCHAIR INSIDE THE SEAT WAS COLAPPSED AND BROOKEN .THE BLINDS WERE BROOKEN IN THE LOUNGE AREA.. THE WHOLE HOUSE NEEDED TO BE FIXED UP. I FEEL WE NEED SOME MONEY BACK FOR WHAT WE HAD TO PUT UP WITH REGARDS KEITH

Thanksgiving

Beautiful beachside location, warm and responsive staff and residents. Great space that comfortably accommodated everyone. A little further from central town to easily walk so did need to take taxis to get to/from town.

The property has great views, is right on the beach and is in a quiet area, close to the fisherman village but next to two luxury resorts and 15-20 min away from the Cancun Airport. There is a massage booth and a tour booth next door and taxis a few feet away. There is parking inside the property. There is a small convenience store next door and the village is about 2 miles away and it has great restaurants and a supermarket and a nice plaza. It is a small quiet town without the big crowds of Cancun or Playa del Carmen.
