Set on the hills of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Villa Mistral offers you a rare address for a holiday facing the Mediterranean: 230 m² of space, panoramic views over the sea, the Bay of Cannes, the Lérins Islands and the Estérel Massif, 100 m² of south-facing terraces and direct access to the outdoor areas from almost every room.

Fully air-conditioned, the villa is arranged over three levels and accommodates up to 10 guests. Its layout allows everyone to enjoy their own space while making it easy to share key moments around the pool, on the terraces and in the living room.

The 50 m² living/dining room offers a beautiful space to gather, enjoy meals indoors or extend the evening in a comfortable atmosphere. An open gallery upstairs completes the layout with an additional sleeping area. The separate, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes your stay easier to organise.

The sleeping area includes 5 bedrooms and an open gallery:
• Master bedroom: double bed made up of two 80 cm beds that can be pushed together, full bathroom with bathtub and toilet
• Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, en-suite bathroom/toilet.
• Bedroom 3: 140 cm double bed, outdoor access.
• Bedroom 4: 140 cm double bed, outdoor access.
• Bedroom 5, upstairs: bunk beds, suitable for children or teenagers.
• Open gallery, upstairs: double sofa bed, additional sleeping area.

Outside, the 100 m² of south-facing terraces become a true living space. You enjoy the outdoor lounge areas, sun loungers, barbecue and sea view, present throughout the day.
The pool naturally extends the relaxation areas and makes each day easy to enjoy.
The villa is located close to the beaches and golf courses of Mandelieu, ideal for enjoying the French Riviera with peace and quiet, sea views and easy access to leisure activities.

Electricity is charged as an extra.

A secure bank pre-authorisation of €2,000 may be requested depending on your rental conditions, with no debit unless damage is identified.
