The recently refurnished living room boasts a 55" 4K Samsung TV, an XBOX One with an assortment of games, a Blu-Ray player, a classic Nintendo game machine, a sleeper sofa that accommodates two, and an ottoman with a twin size pullout suitable for a child or teen.

The kitchenette includes a full sized fridge perfect for longer stays, as well as a microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, french press, and more.

Of course, there is WIFI and cable TV service as well.
