LOCATION - within Coral Way, less than 1 mile to downtown Coconut Grove, 6 miles to Key Biscayne, 2 miles to downtown Coral Gables shopping and dining, 4 miles to Brickell and downtown, and 15-20mine ride to South Beach this home is close to Miami's top destinations.

Here you will find a 1950s fully renovated and nicely decorated mid-century 3BR/2BA. Unit was decorated with a mix of 70s, 80s vintage pieces and new furniture. Equipped with new comfortable beds (all firm comfort level), Nespresso machine, high efficiency Washer and Dryer, voice controlled lightning, smart fire detectors, smart locks, and more.

Unit can accommodate up to six individuals. No smoking or pets allowed, and no parties or events in or outside of the house. If you need more space, I could also offer a cottage onsite (with independent, private entry). Thanks for considering this property and look forward to your Miami visit!

Lovely home

There’s a lot to love about this place: an amazing area in Coral Gables, beautiful house, super clean, central location to Miami hot spots, spotless rooms, reliable wifi and a great host. I enjoyed my stay very much! Rafael’s home gave me total privacy and it was just what I needed for my short stay. The home was sunny and comfortable, spacious mid-century with a lovely modern feel. The communication with Rafael was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the photos. His place is spacious, cute and tidy and the communication was the best I have experienced. Thanks, Rafael and Coral Gables for a wonderful weekend! I will be back, Adriana

Great location, wonderful stay

The whole process has been very smooth. Situated in a lovely neighborhood, close to everything. We’ve stayed longer than a week and had a comfortable stay with 3 teens and 3 adults. We were settling in our freshman niece to University of Miami so location was unbeatable. Both Andrea and Raphael, made sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Almost perfect

We had a good stay accept AC system is very loud in one room as it is in the closet - dull knives( is an issue, really ;-) ), and plug in air fresheners confirms tha tthere is an underlying issue with a musty smell as it has impregnated all my/our clothing and even baggage and getting the smell out is difficult

Fantastic Miami getaway

Our family of four relocated to Rafael's home for two weeks, ready for a warm change of scenery to do virtual work and school. This home was just perfect for us --- spacious with great outdoor spaces, a convenient and quiet neighborhood (with friendly neighborhood cats!), and a big, well-equipped kitchen for family cooking. There were so many lovely touches in the house, from nice towels and toilet paper, to cold drinks in the refrigerator, to a super easy to use remote entry system. We couldn't have been happier.

Lovely house, great location

The house is very comfortable and meticulously clean in a quiet neighborhood. It has nice amenities like a Nespresso machine and wine chiller. Close to Coconut Grove and Coral Gables and a lot of great restaurants. A short drive to South Beach. The owner, Rafael, is very attentive and cordial. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Clean, comfortable property, good location

The location is easy driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches. The beds are comfortable, and the house was clean. There were several extra touches provided (shampoo, a few drinks in the refrigerator). Our family stayed here over New Year’s Eve, and the house was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Wonderful place for a family

My family and I stayed here for several nights this December and really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent (close to restaurants and a nice neighborhood feel). The owner was always available to answer any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again

Private, comfy and close to everything

Nicely remodeled spacious house. Clean and fully stocked. Nice front porch to view the nice greenery out front.

Great Stay!

Directions and instructions from the host re access were very easy and straightforward. And any questions we had, were answered very quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again.

An absolute beauty!!

From check-in to check-out the entire experience was fantastic! Raphael anticipated every need and provided it. He also included extras. We had a porch with a swing and an outdoor sofa which we truly enjoyed. On the inside the house was beautiful the details of the decor provided a calm yet welcoming space. In the master bedroom there is an ensuite bathroom which was clean and elegant. The other two bedrooms provided quiet beautiful spaces to rest. The second bathroom was another clean and elegant space. Raphael's home was a perfect place for my group of five and I have nothing but rave reviews for the home and for our host Rafael. This home is a MUST stay!!!

A Most Gracious Host

Rafael made himself available to answer questions throughout the entire process - from renting the property all the way through our stay. His property was clean, modern and well updated. It was the perfect spot for 3 couples, and the proximity to Coconut Grove was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and our host!

Nice house - rented for 8 weeks

The house is very nice and comfortable. We rented the house for 8 weeks while working in the area. The house is clean and well maintained. Raphael was very accommodating, easy to work with and responsive to all issues. While we were there, he added Dish TV for us. The internet connection was already in place. The house fulfilled all of our requirements, particularly for an extended stay and we would stay there again if an opportunity came up.

A five star stay!

This place is clean, central, spacious, and very affordable. The house is equipped with high-end appliances, voice activated lightning, Google Home, and the interior decor is great! Vintage pieces with a lot of character. The beds are comfy and upscale in all 3 rooms. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The location is unbeatable! Within 15m to the best spots: Miami restaurants, Brickell, Viscaya Garden, Key Biscayne, the Grove and the Gables. Rafael was a great host. We highly recommend this place to anyone! and we would definitely stay here again :)
