3 km away is the tourist port of Palau, close to the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia (Porto Cervo porto rotondo).
On the ground floor, the fully renovated villa has a dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a sitting room with fireplace, a bathroom and a master bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs is an attic bedroom with velux windows and a common area with 1 bed. Reversible air conditioning, wi-fi.
Outside the house, a staircase leads to a terrace with a spa and a magnificent view of the Maddalena archipelago. At the back of the house you'll find a kitchen and a pergola for your lunch You can enjoy mojitos in front of the sea at the Harrys bar and restaurant on the piazetta, and there's a DJ on the beach to keep you dancing.
