Comfortable Moscow Retreat

Welcome to our classic home on a quiet residential street. This charming house has an open floor plan with cozy gas fireplace. The home is within easy walking distance to downtown, and enjoy easy access to both University of Idaho and Washington State University for their activities. Enjoy all that Moscow has to offer! The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom and a half as well as a large yard and beautiful deck.

When you come into the home, there is a living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, master bedroom with attached half bath and office on the main floor. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms. There are 3 stairs coming down to the front door of the house from the road and 2 small steps into the home. Off the back door you will find a large deck with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying Moscow’s lovely seasons.

Terrific location in Moscow within walking distance of groceries, a convenience store, restaurants and the weekly farmers market. The home is clean and comfortable and the host is very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

House was nice but in the heat, it doesn’t stay ‘nice and cool’ as advertised. Definitely needs AC to be comfortable. We ended up leaving a night early because we wanted AC.

Came over from the coast - for a college tour - super convenient for both U of I and WSU. The house was so cute and charming! It was a little toasty- but that is because it was 102 during the day then only 86 at night - we don't know the neighborhood, so didn't want to leave the windows too open, Very quiet neighborhood, and we were able to walk almost everywhere there close in town. The only thing I think would be good, is the restaurant recommendations "Lodgepole" needed to have a reservation, so we did have to walk around more (which was lovely but HOT), so I would update the list to say that a reservation would be needed for that place. That is the only thing that I would change - the pillows and beds were super comfy, and again it has so much character! I loved the squeeky stairs! I would definitely try to stay there again ( When its time for college)

Nice and close to town but still very quiet and private. Will definitely stay here again when visiting WSU.

Very comfortable and cozy in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was comfortable, clean, warm and walkable to downtown, East City Park, etc. We would definitely there again when we are in town.

Enjoyable Stay

The house was easy to find and close to Main Street and U of I. We came to visit our college student and attend the Jazz Festival. Bethany’s house accommodated all of our needs and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Family Christmas

It was lovely, very comfortable, clean, well organized. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms worked well and were nice to be in. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really felt at home there.

Very nice stay

Very clean and nicely updated with all the amenities. No A/C but lots of fans provided. Conveniently located close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood.

Parent weekend for WSU

Property is well stocked, enough of everything (cookware, plates, etc) to enjoy visiting with friends and family. Clean, comfortable and in close proximity to WSU campus.

Quiet retreat

Needs a little yard work, cable or satellite tv would be nice and some air conditioning definitely needed during the warmer months. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
