Comfortable Moscow Retreat

Welcome to our classic home on a quiet residential street. This charming house has an open floor plan with cozy gas fireplace. The home is within easy walking distance to downtown, and enjoy easy access to both University of Idaho and Washington State University for their activities. Enjoy all that Moscow has to offer! The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom and a half as well as a large yard and beautiful deck.

When you come into the home, there is a living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, master bedroom with attached half bath and office on the main floor. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms. There are 3 stairs coming down to the front door of the house from the road and 2 small steps into the home. Off the back door you will find a large deck with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying Moscow’s lovely seasons.

They went above and beyond stocking the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. The patio and barbecue looked like a nice place to hang out. Maybe we'll return when there isn't snow.

Family Christmas

It was lovely, very comfortable, clean, well organized. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms worked well and were nice to be in. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really felt at home there.

U of I stay

We had a lot of family come to Moscow for state volleyball and this was a great location. Super close to U of I. There is not a full size fridge that kinda threw us off for meals, but other than that it was a good stay.

Parent weekend for WSU

Property is well stocked, enough of everything (cookware, plates, etc) to enjoy visiting with friends and family. Clean, comfortable and in close proximity to WSU campus.

Very nice stay

Very clean and nicely updated with all the amenities. No A/C but lots of fans provided. Conveniently located close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood.

Great little house in Moscow

We enjoyed staying here, and when we accidentally left a power cord behind they found it and made it easy for us to come grab it.

WSU Move In

My husband and I stayed while moving our daughter into the WSU campus. The house had everything we needed and an evening walk up into the neighborhood was enjoyable looking at some of the older homes.

Pleasant Moscow Retreat

Easy drive to WSU. Nice location in Moscow, close to coffee shops and other amenities. House was everything we needed, clean and well stocked.

Great property.

Great property, great owners. My wife loved that there were disposable shower curtain liners that looked like it was changed very frequently. Only thing I would recommend is a couple of window a/c units for when the summer temps start to climb. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet retreat

Needs a little yard work, cable or satellite tv would be nice and some air conditioning definitely needed during the warmer months. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

College drop off

We had a great stay in Moscow while dropping off our kid for college. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The neighborhood was safe. Communication with the owner and the cleanliness of the house was great. Very spacious place with a lot of sleeping areas. The only issue was we came during a heat wave and it was difficult to stay cool. The fans were helpful. Will definitely come back. Thanks.

Great Location in Moscow

The house is very cute and roomy. It is a short walk from a grocery store and from the main part of Moscow. It's just a little farther to walk to the University. I also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. While the rooms are nice, it's slightly inconvenient to have no bathroom at all on upstairs floor. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and utensils and the fridge was stocked with condiments and there was coffee and tea in the cupboards. We also appreciated the oranges. I especially enjoyed having some games including a Canadian version of Taboo with words in English and French.

Clean and met our needs

Friendly, communicative hosts, clean home. The downstairs bed headboard it’s not attached to anything, and it creates quite a racket when moving. There’s also no full length mirror, which normally wasn’t an issue, but we were there for a wedding, and as the only woman in the group, it would have been nice to have. Other than that I have zero complaints. The fact that there were a little extra condiments in the kitchen was a nice welcome surprise.

Came to visit the college. The house was prefect. Internet sign in on our welcome letter did not work. Used up all our phone data.. Other than that a really comfortable home.

Perfect for us

Great location. Walk to almost anywhere in town. Private. Nice deck and garden. Hosts were as involved or as hands-off as you like. Plenty of room for a family of 4-6.

The home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the open floor plan and loved the gas fireplace. It felt homey and was stocked very well. We made use of the barbecue grill and enjoyed being able to have dinners there. The location was very easy to find and so close to downtown and the university. I would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Moscow.

Comfortable house perfect for family

Wonderful stay in Moscow! Centrally located and comfortable house for family. Close to U of I and short drive to WSU. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and great hosts. Great yard and deck (though was cold and rainy)— will definitely try to stay during warmer months!

Very easy access to everything .We especially enjoyed the back deck .

Pleasant Stay!

Home as described, very clean and comfortable. Towels and linens provided, which was great since we traveled from the east coast. A nice large deck outside to enjoy your coffee on. Not far from the library or the downtown area. There is a farmer’s market on Saturday, we did not get to visit, but it looked very popular/active. Good location if visiting University of Idaho or WSU.There is a Target, Walmart, groceries and Marshall’s near by for any needs. We ate at the diner twice and would recommend it. Hiked at Kamiak Butte County Park-beautiful!
