Wake up to the beautiful views of the Bromley mountain from your living/dining room. Our property is a 2 floor duplex with bathroom on each floor in the desirable C bldg in Obertal Condominium complex, just a 2 minute walk from the lower tamarack chair lift. Stores, restaurants and village are all within walking distance . Great for couples or families.
Our apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people. The kitchen and pantry are fully stocked and there are 3 TVs for your viewing pleasure. Beautiful year round resort with golf and tennis schools, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, fall foliage, close to Manchester with great outlet shopping and many fine restaurants.

Fun ski weekend

The condo was so cozy and relaxing. We loved being able to get right on a nearby ski lift. Enjoyed cooking full meals and playing games by the fire after skiing.

Great location!

We had a great stay here. Ober Tal is a great location -- short walk to the Tamarack lift or the village. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and spacious. Great location - walking distance to ski lift, mountain base, and Stratton Village. We were very pleased with our stay.

Exactly as described - great and easy

This property is exactly as described. Fab location to the Tamarack lift, great fireplace, and cable TV! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

My family spent a lovely long weekend at Manish's condo. The condo is lovely, and very close to the lifts and town. It is super clean and well equipped with everything you possibly could need. Great conditions at Stratton too:).

Great stay

We had a lovely vacation at Stratton. Apartment was clean, close to a lift, easy access to fire wood, etc. Manish was quick to respond to answer any questions.

Excellent Stratton Getaway

Easy access to the trail makes this an ideal location at Stratton. The condo was clean and welcoming and accommodated our family very well. Manish was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely be interested in renting this condo again.

March ski trip

We had already stayed at Manish’s ski in ski out condo this past January and we were so pleased with our time there that we also booked it for March. Very clean, and very comfortable bed and couches. Plenty of wood for the fireplace which we enjoyed throughout our stay.

Excellent experience

We enjoyed our stay at Obertal and the check in was seamless. Condo was well appointed and reflected listing details. Perfect place for family to access Stratton easily and relax after the slopes. Owner communicated quickly and offered options for dining locally. Will definitely come back

Amazing location, great host and a beautiful condo

We stayed at Manisha‘s condo to ski Stratton Mountain. The location was amazing. It was a short walk or ski to the Tamarack lift (under 5 minutes). Skiing back to the condo from the slopes is also under 5 minutes. The condo itself is very cozy with lots of space in the loft bedroom with its private bathroom. We had a great stay and didn’t lack anything we needed.

Great Location

If you ski Stratton, this place is only a short walk to a lift. The village is also nearby, although a longer walk, but manageable. The condo fit my family of four perfectly. The restaurants in the village are great. The weather wasn't so good, but that's life. I would rent again.

Great condo right on the mountain!

Manish’s condo was just as described. The bed was very comfortable and the condo as a whole was clean, well stocked and in a great location right on the mountain. Manish was quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. He even recommended a great little curbside restaurant just off the mountain called Honeypie. Would definitely recommend.
