Wake up to the beautiful views of the Bromley mountain from your living/dining room. Our property is a 2 floor duplex with bathroom on each floor in the desirable C bldg in Obertal Condominium complex, just a 2 minute walk from the lower tamarack chair lift. Stores, restaurants and village are all within walking distance . Great for couples or families.
Our apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people. The kitchen and pantry are fully stocked and there are 3 TVs for your viewing pleasure. Beautiful year round resort with golf and tennis schools, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, fall foliage, close to Manchester with great outlet shopping and many fine restaurants.

Fun ski weekend

The condo was so cozy and relaxing. We loved being able to get right on a nearby ski lift. Enjoyed cooking full meals and playing games by the fire after skiing.

Excellent Stratton Getaway

Easy access to the trail makes this an ideal location at Stratton. The condo was clean and welcoming and accommodated our family very well. Manish was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely be interested in renting this condo again.

Love it!

Manish was lovely and responsive. Great place! Roomy, very clean, loved the coffe pot and grinder! Fridge wqs immaculate. Bed comfy but could use some fluffier pillows. Bed linens fresh and fragrant. The location can’t be beat - loved the ski in ski out and proximity to Tamarack lift which was open mid week. The path to the lift was a bit harrowing needs to be salted as it was extremely icy, which is not Manish’s responsibility. Lots of seasoned firewood. One quirky thing in the downstairs bathroom tub faucet turning the knob to cold makes the water hot. And visa versa. Really loved everything about the condo and Obertal in general. We stayed next to our kids which was also wonderful. We had a joyous family trip!!

We had a great stay here. Ober Tal is a great location -- short walk to the Tamarack lift or the village. Would definitely stay again!

This property is exactly as described. Fab location to the Tamarack lift, great fireplace, and cable TV! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, great host and a beautiful condo

We stayed at Manisha‘s condo to ski Stratton Mountain. The location was amazing. It was a short walk or ski to the Tamarack lift (under 5 minutes). Skiing back to the condo from the slopes is also under 5 minutes. The condo itself is very cozy with lots of space in the loft bedroom with its private bathroom. We had a great stay and didn’t lack anything we needed.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Six of us fit comfortably (parents in master bedroom on very comfortable bed), three boys upstairs on pullout and in bunk beds, and another downstairs on pullout in living room. We loved the fireplace, stocked kitchen, ease of check in, and the location was exactly what we wanted. Just a short walk away is the tamarack lift and the base was also a short walk. We enjoyed dinner one night at Grizzly’s (walked to and from) and the boys loved the candy store. The owner was very responsive every time we needed something. Would stay here again for sure! Thanks for a wonderful family ski trip!!

Excellent experience

We enjoyed our stay at Obertal and the check in was seamless. Condo was well appointed and reflected listing details. Perfect place for family to access Stratton easily and relax after the slopes. Owner communicated quickly and offered options for dining locally. Will definitely come back

We had a lovely vacation at Stratton. Apartment was clean, close to a lift, easy access to fire wood, etc. Manish was quick to respond to answer any questions.

Excellent Experience

The condo is well furnished and wonderfully located near the Tamarack Lift. Great instructions by the host. I highly recommend this condo. Two points about the Mountain: it seems that the Tamarack Lift is closed on weekdays, so one has a bit of a walk/ski to base area; 2) get your lift tickets in advance if possible, as ticket lines can be up to 45 minutes on weekends....we waited 30 minutes on a Monday.

Wonderful stay!

My family spent a lovely long weekend at Manish's condo. The condo is lovely, and very close to the lifts and town. It is super clean and well equipped with everything you possibly could need. Great conditions at Stratton too:).

Great location—typical 70’s ski condo

The condo was very close to the Tamarack lift. Just had to walk through a parking lot and there it was. The condo had everything we needed (except a cookie sheet). The heat was not really working well but the fireplace was great. Granted it was -40 outside so I understand the heat was struggling to keep us warm. Unfortunately the cold temperatures really affected how much the mountain was open but Manish was great at letting us check out a little late so we could ski the last day it warmed up. The bedroom upstairs showed two bunk beds in the picture but there was one bunk bed, one trundle and a pull out single couch. We wish the weather cooperated but that had nothing to do with the condo so I would say the condo was the perfect spot.
