Very nicely maintained house in a quite residential neighborhood walking distance from trails and water. Very well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. Very good size for about a dozen people. Had to share rooms but enough beds and bedding and comfortable. Additional air beds and sofa beds also available.Lovely stay overall.

Perfect for our group getaway!

This was a great choice for our girls weekend getaway. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for spending time together and it wasn’t far from everywhere we wanted to go!

Excellent house perfect for large groups!

This is a fantastic property for anyone looking to stay with a large group. Susie is super communicative and fast to respond. The house was clean and instructions for check in and check out were extremely clear. The house had plenty of beds, bathrooms, and places for people to sit. The neighborhood is residential with plenty of parking. It was a fantastic stay!

From the minute I booked the trip to check out, everything was great! The check in instructions were clear and straight forward. The host responded quickly and even checked in every day to make sure we didn’t need anything. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and easy to get to. It was about a 30 minute drive into Napa which was nice!We had 8 girls in our group and this house provided more than enough space so that it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. There were enough bathrooms for us to get ready in a timely fashion which can always be an issue while traveling with a larger group. I absolutely recommend this VRBO and hope to book with them again !

Beautiful place. Very roomy. Lots of seating areas to choose from. Big kitchen and lots of bathtooms

We went for a girls wrestling tournament and had 10 girls. So it was good that they had 3 full bathrooms to choose from. Kitchen was hugh. Lots of counter tops and storage. Washer and dryer were a plus. Will definitely stay again next year.

Great house, great communication with property manager, great price, HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

We stayed at this great home for two nights and three days for my sister's bachelorette weekend and it was great. Had everything we needed and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Close enough to downtown Napa and Napa wineries that transportation was not an issue. I would highly recommend this property for a larger group that is planning a wine tasting/Napa trip. Our shuttle bus picked us up right at the house and we were able to make three winery stops and a stop at Soda Canyon Store all in one day.

The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. It was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There were a couple of smaller issues and the host acted immediately to remedy these. Our group visited wineries in both Napa and Sonoma and also visited the downtown area of each. We enjoyed Sonoma more and wished the house would have been little closer.All in all the trip was amazing and we would recommend staying here.

Fun family reunion.

We had a fun family reunion with 8 of us. The house was roomy with ample bathrooms. Good location for trips into SF or into wine country! Neighborhood was pretty quiet and the house is located right by the bay trail for morning runs/walks.

The house is very big, as well as every room. Very spacious and highly recommend for a big group.

The house was very clean and loved that it included all the plates, glasses, coffee machines and felt very safe and comfortable.

Nice property great location

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood situated in the gateway of Napa Valley. Could use the attention of a handyman for a few handles and hinges and that no longer function properly. Overall though a great place.

Great House for Large Group

Perfect house for a larger group. We had a group of 10 for a birthday trip. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked. Right down the street from Safeway and only about 20 min from Napa. Susie was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend for a Napa getaway!
