Welcome to a cozy retreat in the heart of Crescent Hill! This spacious 2-bedroom carriage house sleeps up to 8 and features an open-concept layout, a full kitchen, and modern amenities. Relax on the private deck overlooking a scenic park, or take a short stroll to Frankfort Ave’s restaurants and shops. Thoughtful details like snacks, coffee pods, and kid-friendly gear make it feel like home. Perfectly located near downtown, Churchill Downs, and Cherokee Park for an unforgettable Louisville stay.
This house is one block from Frankfort Ave. in the quaint but trendy crescent hill/ Clifton neighborhoods. Some of the best restaurants and coffee shops in Louisville are only a few minutes walk from this home as well as the beautiful recreational Cherokee park. The carriage sits 10 feet away from a beautiful park and historic mansion!
Entire Carriage House: Guests have full access to the 2-bedroom apartment, including the private deck and all interior spaces.
Parking: Free, designated parking is available behind the property. Follow the pathway to the clearly marked guest entrance.
Park Next Door: Adjacent to a scenic park, perfect for morning strolls, picnics, or letting kids and pets play.
Nearby Attractions: Located within walking distance to shops and eateries on Frankfort Avenue, and a short drive to downtown Louisville, Churchill Downs, and Cherokee Park.
Additional Space Options: For larger parties, consider booking the nearby Peterson Mansion to accommodate more guests seamlessly.

The carriage house is situated above a working garage. Some daytime noise may occur when the garage is in use.
Garage usage is minimal and usually during business hours; however, light sleepers may want to plan accordingly.
Safety Lighting:
The pathway and stairs to the entrance are well-lit, but motion-sensor lights have been installed for added convenience at night.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome for a small cleaning fee. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet.
Family Amenities:
Families with children will appreciate the thoughtful extras like a highchair, pack ‘n play, and a small selection of child-safe dinnerware.
Laundry Access:
A full-size washer and dryer are located within the unit. Detergent is provided and stored visibly for easy use.
Extras & Touches:
Enjoy complimentary coffee pods, snacks, and toiletries.
A guidebook with local dining, attractions, and recommendations is provided to help you make the most of your stay.

The space is unique and very well done! Beds are comfortable and location is excellent and surprisingly quiet.Nice assortment of snacks and coffee! The hosts were helpful and professional. Excellent restaurants and things to see very close!

Such a great place for our family of 5 visiting Louisville. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was easy access to everything. The property was super cute , clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with property managers were a breeze . Bonus snacks were waiting for us and had a great family trip

Beautiful place, excellent location
I grew up in the Louisville area and come home a few times every year with my family, so we’re always looking for places to stay, and this is a new favorite.
The beds are great and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked and perfect for what we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location & Great Value
In town for an AAU basketball tournament and we couldn’t have asked for a better location with the ease of access to the Expo Center (12 min) and downtown (7 min). Not mention the fantastic places to eat on Frankfort Street just 90 seconds away.

Great Location
Property was in a great centralized location for everything we needed. Unit was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. Plenty of room and the coffee bar was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying in this property. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts made sure we had all of the information we needed and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK after we arrived. We look forward to returning another time.

Relaxing stay
Very spacious, comfortable and clean. There was everything you needed for cooking or personal care. Place is in a neighborhood of beautiful old homes and large trees. Felt very safe.

Great Place, Wonderful Neighborhood!
We had a great 4 night stay at Hollyhock. Everything was clean, well appointed and convenient. The neighborhood is wonderful and accessed in a short walk. Frankfort Ave was great, especially enjoyed Porcini’s. The owners were exceptional in their communication and effort to make our stay pleasant. Would rent again.

Bluegrass Volleyball!
We had a wonderful stay at Cottage Park Carriage House! It was exactly as advertised and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Very clean and well stocked. Great neighborhood. About 10 min. to the KICC and 15 to the Expo Center. We will certainly stay here again!

Traveled from Ohio for a gymnastics competition and needed somewhere safe, cozy and convenient to stay. This checked all of those boxes! The hosts had a generous amount of complimentary items and wonderful communication leading up to our stay. We would definitely come back!
