Great beach-front house with secure parking and all the necessities (towels, dish soap, salt and pepper, etc.). Perfect getaway for my husband, me, and our two beach dogs.

This home was absolutely amazing! The views are just stunning anywhere you are in the house. Plenty of cooking utensils and spices. Couldn’t have had a nicer stay. We will definitely in be back

Excellent spot a bit further south which provided a quiet stay with the beach pretty much to ourselves We’ll be coming back !!

Awesome beachfront location

Great location, quiet beach all to ourselves with close encounters with the dolphins and a comfortable place with all of the amenities we needed to have a relaxing and rejuvenating time with family

We enjoyed our stay here on this beach front property with our dogs. The fenced yard was secured. The area was quiet and peaceful during the off season and the host was attentive to responding to messages. We will certainly be staying here again in the future.

Sweet Beach Retreat

Cool beach house fully equipped in a wonderful location. If you like to be away from the crowds in town, then this is a good place for you. AC worked well, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the beds are comfortable. But most importantly, the beach is so beautiful!

This Place Was Absolutely Perfect!

Our family had a great time enjoying the house and beach! The location was beachfront so we were able to enjoy looking at the water at all times of the day from the covered patio. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. Will definitely be returning as often as possible!

The house was more than we expected!!! Beds very comfortable, lots of hot water for showers. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, lots of bottled water providedThe outside space was over the top. Great bbq for all our at home cooking and the lounging was fantastic. The beach was quiet and the neighbors we meet were friendly and helpful. Sunrises as well as sunsets were beautiful. We had dolphins as well as sea lions to watch almost daily

Great house on the beach

Great little house, well appointed. This was perfect for our family. All that we needed was there which is great because it is a drive into town. I would highly recommend arriving with all you need grocery wise or you will waste some beautiful beach time running errands. Beautiful, quiet beach perfect for beach combing, water play, & just chilling. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need!

We loved staying in the 'mermaid' house. It was the perfect size with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. House was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Wifi and Direct TV worked great. Kim was awesome to work with. Definitely will stay again!

Magical Getaway

Highly recommend this enchanting home located in the quiet, tranquil community of Playa Miramar!!! The house was beautiful and was outfitted with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The best word to describe our stay is magical - the beach front home with a front row seat to the ocean proved to be the perfect place to unwind, reset and relax. Kim was a lovely host and we look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful stay

A home away from home. The family and I had a great time. We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils and appliances, lots of linen and seating areas. Outside rinse area was nice. Great ocean views, no coral lots of sea shells and sand for miles. Sunrise and sunset view. We hope to be back soon!
