Excellent rental. Super clean and homey. Great furnishings throughout. Backyard was inviting and hot tub was wonderful, after a long day of travel.

The place is cozy and quiet. Hot tub was amazing at night looking at the stars and watching a movie. I really recommend this place they even allow pets and have stuff in case you want to bring them.

Very accessible!

We stayed here with 2 wheelchair users and everything was very accessible! It was clean and overall a really fun place to stay!

Thanks. We have made several changes to the property to make it more accessible, from wider doors to the ramp for the 4 inch step to get into the house.

Relaxing stay

We stayed here during my son's baseball tournament. The property was great. It was clean and the owner responded quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this listing to others.

Great place

I was there visits family and we really enjoyed this house! It was fully equipped with everything you need. The hot tub and outside projector was a great bonus..we really enjoyed it. Very comfortable house in a great little neighborhood. I would definitely rent this home again when I visit again.

Wonderful neighborhood

If you have an HPU Student- book this now!

We stayed for 2 nights during High Point University's graduation weekend. The location was perfect- 1 mile from the school. The house was great. If my son was still a student - this would have been our go-to rental.

Nice getaway

Went for a wedding, had a lovely stay at this home. The neighbor behind the home is the owner, so any issues would be easily addressed. Nice, quiet neighborhood near the mall and the university. The hottub was a welcome and relaxing end to each evening.

It was fairly close to campus. Outside deck area could used cleaned and is in need of some maintenance .

Great location for Highpoint U activities. As promised.

House it as promised and no issues w process. Only challenge was allergies as there are pets in the house. Great weekend, though, and very happy w the property.

I believe they meant to say there have been pets in the house as we allow dogs but there are none that live there permanently.

Very clean

The house was very clean. Problem with refrigerator staying cold but property owner was very good into looking into it.

The issue with the refrigerator appears to be that it was not closed the night before we received a call about it being warm. It has worked fine since.
