Welcome to Pacific Beach Condo 11, your home away from home as you vacation in style in sunny, exciting Costa Rica. This one-bedroom condo makes it easy for a couple to travel and enjoy a fantastic ocean front getaway or a fabulous honeymoon in Playa Potrero. The condo has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a flat screen television for your viewing pleasure. From this cozy condo, you’ll enjoy the fabulous ocean views of the Catalina Islands, Flamingo Marina, and Potrero Bay, Watch the stunning sunsets while sitting on the ocean view balcony. A large, open concept kitchen with granite counters and dining area makes for a great dinner location, or you can choose to dine on the balcony. Situated directly on the beach, you can wake up to howler monkeys making their morning rounds, and walk to one of 6 beach restaurants serving local Costa Rican and International foods. A convenient local fruit market and groceries are within walking distance. Nearby, enjoy great live music and nightlife, yoga under the palapa to the sound of the ocean, massages on the beach, sport fishing, sunset cruises, and more. There is easy transportation to the condo from Liberia International Airport only one hour away, and local rental vehicles or golf carts can be delivered to the condo. Come and enjoy one of the world’s great Blue Zones!

Wonderful stay! The property is exactly as described, very nice, pleasantly decorated, not overly cluttered, and everything worked. The air conditioning was needed and effective. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the entertainment options on the Roku stick. But, the location is the star, right on the beach. We enjoyed hanging on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean, even though it was hot and humid outside.

This place was amazing - great location, amazing views and very clean. Wish we had a few more nights - definitely would book again. The place was very well equiped - even had beach items.

This property has all the things - a beach front, great view, great quiet location, and wonderful amenities. A week here would be great to relax - a full kitchen to cook, laundry, and all the fixin’s for going to the beach to help you. What a great place! We hope to visit again!

This modern, spacious, nicely decorated condo is right on a great walking beach. The views are stunning and sunsets brilliant. We enjoyed starting our day with coffee on the balcony and ending it watching the sun go down. The condo was very clean and had everything you would need. Check in was easy and the owner was prompt answering questions. It is within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery. It’s a great location for visiting other beaches along the coastline. Great unit and location!

Our stay here was wonderful. The property is conveniently located right at the beach, is clean, and has everything you need. David was very responsive and accommodating as well.

Relaxing stay with a great view

Overall, I had a great time for one night as a solo woman traveler with a little dog. We enjoyed the property, the pool and the peace. David was available to answer any concerns and I would book again.

Wonderful condo on the beach!

We enjoyed a month long stay right on the beach in Potrero. The location is great, but it is very easy to visit other beaches along the coast too. Good food is walking distance, and our host was very responsive to questions or anything we needed. Definitely a place we’ll visit again.

This place has it all!

Beautiful, clean condo with everything you need for your stay. Right on the beach and close to activities and nearby towns. Host was great and helpful and left information about many nearby restaurants, etc. Gorgeous sunsets right from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved exploring the various beach towns from this location. Potrero itself has lots to offer within walking distance. The condo has everything you need (exactly as described) and has an amazing ocean/sunset view!

25th anniversary

Great property. Has been updated so pics on website aren’t current. Right on the beach and the saltwater pool is nice as well. Can easily walk to several restaurants on the beach.

Potrero beach stay

The floor was not clean and the TV was very hard to work. Overall we had a great stay and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and stuff.

This place was just as described! Right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was great in communicating things with me. It was a perfect vacation in a perfect place. I would highly recommend!!

COULDNT HAVE BEEN BETTER!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Our host gave great recommendations on restaurants in the area, let us check in early AND even brought us one of his staircases to take home after we bought too many souvenirs! Location is perfect. Fun area of CR! Can't wait to go back!

Very nice place. Convenient and beautiful beach. Sunsets are amazing. Working with David was very easy and many of the resident in the complex are from the states. Had a good time socializing with them!

Beautiful, peaceful location

Beautiful, peaceful location equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen appeared fully stocked for all needs; but, we never cooked. The beach was quiet and within walking distance to a few stores, restaurants and Flamingo Beach, too. We felt very safe and our Host was very friendly and accommodating.

We are the Rill family from Washington State in the USA. We have been coming to Costa Rica since 2009 and bought our first investment property in Playa Hermosa, Gte, Costa Rica called Hacienda Hermosa. We since have added three condos in the Presidential Suites complex in Playa Flamingo where we have been living and most recently a beachfront condo on Playa Potrero. Needless to say, we love Costa Rica. Both of our children have graduated from an international high school here in Costa Rica and my wife teaches there as well. We of course love the weather where we can be outside year round.

After living in Costa Rica permanently since 2014, we decided to have a property on the beach. Nothing like having the reason you come to Costa Rica right in front of where you are staying...blue skies and warm blue water. This condo is centrally located so you can experience all Costa Rica has to offer.
