Lovely Place in Hayden Colorado

We stayed for two nights and it was very enjoyable. The property was clean and well maintained. Within walking distance of restaurants and parks. I highly recommend this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly.

Property was very inviting, comfortable & quiet. Kitchen was very well stocked with necessities. Spices Coffee bar.Overall all property was great, beds were comfortable & it was clean!

This is a nice little apartment with comfortable beds, all the kitchen accessories one needs, good Wi-Fi and TV channels. Hayden is a small town but there was pizza for supper and a really nice park.

Perfect for ski trip!

The place was very nicely decorated and spacious. It had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely helpful and had great communication throughout of stay. Checking in and out was super easy. Loved it!

Nice cozy apartment in Hayden, CO

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment is ~ 30 minutes from Steamboat Springs. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare meals. It also has a washer and dryer which makes it handy after a long day of hiking. The area offers lots of opportunities to hike, fish, ski, etc. We would definitely stay at this location again.

This place was the perfect stopover for us on our travels. The place was exactly as pictured and walking distance to a good pizza place and some coffee (though there was some coffee offerings at the apartment).

Great place and great location.

Wendy was a great host - extremely fast to respond and check-in was seamless. The place was great! Super clean and well-maintained. I spent a week here to ski at Steamboat. The town is quiet and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The surrounding area is beautiful. We would love to stay here again.

This is our 4th time staying at this property. It is in a great location, property is as ad says, never had any issues.. we will rebook again for hunt next year if available

Hunting 2024

I was an easy location with parking for a truck and a trailer. 2 bedrooms allowed for each couple their privacy. With 4 people eating and drinking water in bottles the trash filled quickly. We had to bag it and just leave it sitting in the floor. It would have been nice to know where to carry the trash when we had a full bag.

This well appointed apt is just minutes from Steamboat Springs, CO. Located in the quaint ranching/farming town of Hayden, CO. Just 2 blocks from our amazing local brewery, Yampa Valley Brewery, 3-5 blocks from the famous Wild Goose Coffee in the historic Hayden Granary, Grit Girls Southern Cooking, Hwy 40 Bar & Grill, and Sunny Side Up restaurant. We have an excellent small mercantile grocery store and Ace hardware located just 1 mile away. The Yampa River is just about 1 mile away, offering excellent fishing, summer river tubing, rafting, etc. Outdoor opportunities about year round and as hosts we can set you up with fishing, hunting, rafting, snowshoeing, horseback riding, sledding, snowmobile, skiing, hiking, about any other mountain outdoor adventure. Just a few blocks from the Hayden Historic Center Museum!

This area is famous for deer, elk, and antelope hunting, as well as bird watching! The Routt County Fairgrounds are just 5 blocks from the rental, making it a great place for layovers or stays during the fair. We also located just a quick 5 minute drive from the Steamboat Springs/Yampa Valley Airport.
