You’ll be in a great spot that’s both peaceful and close to the action. Walk to art galleries, shops, restaurants, and local attractions—all within a mile. Spend the day exploring, then come back to relax and recharge in a quiet, comfortable setting.

Welcome to our vacation home in sought-after Uptown, where we've worked to curate a home for your comfort and enjoyment. We've taken care of the details so that you can simply relax and focus on creating unforgettable memories. Our home is the perfect getaway for those looking to relax, recharge, and explore all that Sedona has to offer. Come experience the magic of Sedona in style and comfort!

During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire home. Please note that there is a separate casita/guest house located in the backyard, which is vacant and unavailable for guest use.

I live in the Phoenix area and am always available to answer questions via message, text, and phone call.

Our yard is not fenced. Both the north side of our property and the east side of the property provide open view to the neighbors yard. It is worth noting from a privacy standpoint. Our property does not have privacy fencing.

Please note that our home is situated in a rural desert area, which means that insects, spiders (including tarantulas), cockroaches, snakes, scorpions, squirrels, chipmunks, and lizards are common. From time to time, you may also see Javelinas, coyotes, and deer on our property. If any of these creatures make you uncomfortable, you may want to consider booking another listing that better suits your preferences.

The TV programming in the home is Roku Live TV. It does not include any televised sporting events. A login for sports is not provided.

The home has an aerobic septic system. It has an aerator pump that makes a "whirring" sound in the backyard. It runs on a schedule. This is a requirement of the county.

We enjoyed our stay! The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub every night. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We would love to stay here again in the future.

My wife and I had a great stay at this beautiful house. We still can't get over the backyard views. We loved the hot tub, the fire pit, and the comfy beds. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sedona.

We were one of 3 couples who stayed here. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing backyard views. Perfect set up with 3 bathrooms. Great hot tub. With TSA being so inconsistent having hiking poles for all was greatly appreciated! We will be back!

Great location and super comfortable house!Very quiet, linens soft, water pressure good, water hot, basics stocked and super responsive host. We LOVED the rooms that had screens on the windows so we could open at night and sleep in a cool space and have fresh air instead of air conditioning!

This house was perfect!

This house was perfect! The view was spectacular, especially as the sun was setting over the mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub and our kids enjoyed the games, too. My MIL loved listening to old songs on the record player. It was so wonderful not having to worry about doing anything specific before we left. Overall it was exactly what we were hoping for… only thing that would have made it better was a pool! Wish we could have stayed a couple extra days!

Fabulous location and views

We loved this house - so convenient to everything and the views were nothing short of spectacular. The decor is boho meets mid-century modern and couldn’t have been cuter. Great place with plenty of room for our girls trip! Would for sure stay here again!
