Beautiful BRAND NEW Den with own private entrance approx.2 minutes away from JFK Airport. Full basement style living w 45" Roku tv and Netflix with WIFI included. Queen size bed 400 thread count sheets.Modern bathroom and private kitchen. Free street parking is available. We would urge anyone who is delayed or has a cancelled flight to come on over and get some rest while you rebook your ticket online instead of standing in line! Come over to your own little Island escape,kick up your feet and feel alright!
The SPACE
A private bedroom ~ Queen-size memory foam mattress, fresh linens, clothing closet, hangers, central heating, and high-speed fan are provided.
A modern private bathroom and shower stall
**Discomfort alert for persons OVER 6'tall **
~ Bath towels, wash rags are provided.
A private kitchen area -refrigerator, stove,microwave,kettle. *Pots and pans available (for long term guest)*.

Sorry; we do not allow parties or other "small gatherings" on our property. No AC is in the unit , however , there are fans provided. Our space is for lodging purposes only - thank you for understanding. ** Taxi Pickup and Drop off is available at an additional cost* inquire when booking. Thanks.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please be considerate and appreciative that we are opening up our home to you for a Very Small fraction of the price vs the near by hotels that cost $300 per night. If you need a turn down service with all the bells and whistles ( that they charge an additional fee for) maybe paying that price is best for you and not here! Thanks for understanding.
If a late check out was not approved and you stayed over the check out time , a fee will be charged to your account. With that being said, please ask in advance . We will try to accommodate you upon our consideration and availability. Thanks!
