Quaint and Quiet

Perfect stay right outside of downtown Nashville. All of the major attractions are less than 15 minutes away and the house is a great spot to relax!

Your home close to Nashville downtown

Great place to stay with 2 or 4, if you want to be close to Nashville downtown. Very clean and spacious with great communication from the property owner throughout the stay.

Couldn’t be more perfect

Everything about this property is amazing. The location is a very nice, quiet neighborhood close to everything in Nashville. Our room was clean with thoughtful details. Check in was very smooth and our host was so kind. I will be coming back and will recommend it to my friends.

Nashville Senior Trip

Cozy little apartment really close to downtown. Was very convenient to all of the places we wanted to see. Tim was a great host with lots of ideas for local food,coffee, hiking, etc.

Great getaway

Nice, clean, and simple living space. Perfect for an on-the-go adventure to come back to. Quiet neighborhood and close to Broadway! We recommend if you are a couple enjoying the area!

Great place to stay

My wife and spend three nights, we enjoyed our time here so much. Tim is so nice to work with, he answered all of our questions promptly. Quick Uber ride to downtown, but lots of fun restaurants close too. Bed was so nice and comfortable, which is a big plus!! We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Location location location

This is our 2nd time staying here. As always, the place is clean, quiet, and just the right space for us. It’s a short drive downtown. Several amazing restaurants close by. Tim is an amazing host and I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable & Convenient

This space was perfect for our 4 night getaway. Everything about the space was wonderful. If going to downtown, I’d recommend to purchase a rental car if you don’t want to order Ubers or take local transit. We took the Uber route, which was fine, but maybe purchase a rental car for a visit next time!

Best VRBO Experience!

This was one of the best experiences I've had by far! The host was excellent and the space was very clean! We had a lot of fun on our trip to Nashville and I will definitely be coming back here for our next stay!

Great place

While the property is dated it is in very good shape. It is very clean and was decorated nicely. The host was very good with communication and that made for a very relaxed stay. The property while out of the city was located just a short distance from everything you would want to do.

Great place to stay in Nashville!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and very much enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the upstairs from where you park. Very cute inside and perfect for a couple. Highly recommend staying with Tim! Communication was very good and specific!

Nashville engagement!

Nashville was a fabulous vacation! Our first time to city and got engaged at Pedestrian bridge downtown! Great communication with owner! Cute little place and beautiful fall trees!

Perfect Get-away

Tim’s place was everything you want in for a quick getaway. It was clean, cozy, perfectly located. Close enough to everything without being right in the middle of it all. Tim is quick to respond and was so helpful from check-in to check-out. Having a private entrance and parking is such a bonus in Nashville! Thanks for everything Tim!

Perfect, quiet, and comfy

I came to town my myself for a family event and this was the perfect place! Even though in a neighborhood it was quiet. The bed was huge and comfy. Loved the spacious bathroom. Also love the vintage themed decor with a splash of Nashville in it. Quaint, quiet, and comfy. An easy and quick ride into Nashville city as well. The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot close to downtown

If you’re looking to stay super close to downtown this place is it! I am always skeptical about short term rental places b/c they never look like the pics but this place was even better than the pics! Super clean, comfy bed, tons of extra linens and towels, hot shower, TV, we got good use out of the coffee maker, etc. the location felt safe for two women traveling and in a cute neighborhood. I left some clothes behind after we checked out and Tim was gracious enough to leave it for me to come back and get. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit!

Comfortable, clean cottage suite close to downtown

We were in Nashville meeting friends and family for a birthday celebration. It was a quick easy share ride back and forth to downtown and other local attractions we visited. Back at the suite, we were comfortable, slept great in a nice King size bed, nice showers in a large updated bathroom. Tim is a super host, responsive. We appreciated the refreshments he provided and the note board with instructions and local recommendations was a great added touch!

The house is in a hot neighborhood that has lots of new construction and renovations happening everywhere, but is still SUPER quiet and quaint. And to top it all off, it is a super easy straight shot into downtown and easy access to all the major hotspots from here!
