Secluded garden apartment in Historic Inman Park, nestled between two Victorians

We are located in a gorgeous historic neighborhood. Hidden behind the main house, this two-story apartment is very private and quiet, yet in the middle of it all.

There are hardwood floors throughout, and the master bath has recently been renovated to feature a large walk-in shower and new tiling.

Downstairs you will find a large living room with a seating area, a writing desk, a dining room table and a well placed TV. The fully equipped open kitchen has a gas range, a large pantry and a breakfast island. There is a half bath, a laundry closet, coat closet and a private deck with a gas grill. An electronic lock makes coming and going painless, and the nest thermostat makes keeping the place comfortable a breeze. The apartment’s back yard area is gated and completely fenced in.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king bed, a guestroom with queen bed and desk, plus the master bath. The guestroom can easily be used as an office space. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and there is a spacious linen closet in the bathroom.

Our group had a wonderful time staying here in Inman Park, walking distance to great restaurants and necessities, the hosts are very communicative and friendly!Would definitely book again for another stay in Atlanta

What a great townhouse in a fantastic, convenient location. It was easy to find, the hostess came out and greet us, and we were quite comfortable in the space. The rental is clean, well stocked, and in a great location. We were hoping to use the pool, however, the mosquitoes were awful in the backyard, and the pool needs a bit of cleaning. It wasn’t a big deal to us, though, because overall the rental had such a great space.

The Secluded Garden Apartment was a fantastic vacation rental for us. Spotlessly clean, simple but elegantly appointed with all necessary amenities present. A Nespresso machine that convinced us that we need one at home. Gated off-the-street parking is a nice peace of mind benefit here. The location is within walking distance of Krog Street market with plenty of shopping and eating options. Revolution Donuts nearby is a must try also. Located in historic Inman Park, Atlanta's 1st suburb, this house is stunning. The homes surrounding this vacation rental are stunning. And then we were invited by our host and hostess to have coffee or drinks with them. We opted for coffee the next morning and were treated to a charming couple of hours of great conversation with them that ended with a tour of their beautiful home and fine art collection. I enjoy meeting and getting to know new people so this really filled my cup. The pool is quite large for a private backyard pool and as for the comments left recently about the pool, the surface of the pool under the water while coarse was not painful or even uncomfortable. According to the host, the pool was recently renovated with a new finish on the sides and bottom. As for the debris in the water, a few flower petals didn't bother me in the least. All in all, fantastic vacation rental property with hosts who genuinely care about the comfort of their guests. 10/10.

Amazing location!

We are local to Atlanta and stayed here while our house was undergoing some renovations. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better temporary home—the location in Inman Park is absolutely perfect, we walked everywhere while we stayed here and it was the best. The space is outfitted with everything needed for every day living, and the hosts were so nice and responsive. Would happily stay again if the need arose!

Didn’t want to leave

I had the most wonderful stay in the Inman Park neighborhood. The proximity to bars, restaurants and shops is perfect. The most gracious hosts are on sight in the main house, with this private entrance, 2 story addition on the backside. The use of the shared outdoor spaces made this location even more special, I utilized it most nights. The kitchen & bedding/bath supplies are fully stocked, you just need to bring your suitcase. I loved my stay here and I can’t wait to be back!!

Mixed stay. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and beds were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked, and the interior was mostly clean and comfortable for sleeping.However, the main reasons we booked were the pool and listed hot tub/spa. The hot tub/spa did not heat during our stay and was not usable as a hot tub. We were told repairs/cleaning were expected, but the hot tub remained cold through the usable part of our trip.The pool is large and deep, which was a positive, but it was not guest-ready when we arrived and had significant debris. It improved after we raised the issue, but the scheduled pool cleaning service we were told about did not come during our stay. Families should also know the pool surface is very rough/abrasive; our kids’ feet were scraped, one needed Band-Aids, and they ended up wearing socks in the pool because we did not have water shoes.The living/family space was disappointing. The couch was stained, worn, and uncomfortable, and the other seating was not comfortable for family time or games. Guests should also be aware the owners live on-site/attached, and the pool area is overlooked by the main house, so it felt less private than expected.The neighborhood is pretty and good for walking trails, but a car is needed for most sightseeing. Overall, there were some good parts, but the unavailable hot tub, pool readiness, uncomfortable living area, and privacy concerns made this disappointing for our family.

Excellent Location

Excellent location in core Inman Park. Close to the village and the Beltline. Great hosts. Pool House / Carriage house has fully private entrance and good separation from the main house. Easy and free street parking. 10/10.

Visiting our son in Inman Park

We were visiting our son for a few days in the area and stayed at this property due to its location. The property was phenomenal! Our hosts Jacques and Karin were not only extremely responsive and accommodating, but they were a pleasure to hang out with too. The apartment is very neat, clean and very well appointed. The location is perfect for walking or biking to restaurants, bars and the Beltline. We hope the apartment is available for our next visit to Atlanta. Thanks again to our new found friends and hosts Jacques and Karin. Hope to visit again soon.

Amazing location, comfortable and clean place, gracious hosts

The location was just right for access to various parts of Atlanta, and proximity to shops, restaurants, the beltline and the Zoo. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and hospitable, and made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again!

Tranquil neighborhood just as advertised. The owner of the house was very accommodating and responsive. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Great Inman Park location

The apartment is great. Very comfortable with a lot of natural light. The location is very good. Jacques and Karin were very responsive hosts and accommodating. We would definitely book again.

Amazing staycation escape!

Lovely 2 bed apartment in an amazing location near everything Inman park has to offer. The place was spotless! We had such wonderful stay. My children enjoyed playing in the pool so much. This was a great staycation for our family. Karin and Jacques are very friendly and welcoming. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Lovely and Peaceful

This apartment is clean, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Parks, restaurants, and shops are a short walk away. Street parking was excellent, especially compared to VRBOs we've used in other Atlanta neighborhoods. We will definitely look at staying here again when we return to the city!

Perfect location!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment, behind the owner’s home. It is very private and well-appointed. The beds are great and the owners were very responsive. We meant to buy food and eat breakfast in the apartment, but the location is so perfect that we walked to an amazing and affordable southern breakfast each day of our stay. We particularly liked the proximity to Krog Market, the Old Fourth Ward and the Beltway. Our family of four - kids ages 12 and 14 - were very happy here, as well.
