Beautiful cabin on the river. Gorgeous back yard overlooking the river. Direct access to the river. Our son fished back there which was beautiful in the shade of the Cypress trees of a small island.If you like beautiful places that are secluded And well appointed in this is the place for you.

If you’re into water sports, you could even bring your inner tubes to this area and just sit in the river, which is really nice.The house was really clean and supplied, sufficiently for all our needs

It was a truly nice property with lots of amenities. The host was not very communicative and when I asked if the water was accessible for children, the answer was not quite accurate. Fishing yes…swimming was not as accessible.

We had an amazing stay at this house! Even with the split-level layout, it was perfect for our family. We spent quality time both upstairs and in the downstairs game room, which had a pool table, Connect Four, shuffleboard, ping pong, darts, and plenty of other games.We were so glad we brought our river tubes—they made for a fun and relaxing time on the river. Access to the water requires a short walk and climbing down a ladder. We wouldn't recommend bringing kayaks, as the current was running fast and getting them down to the water would be difficult.We were especially thankful the cabin had a generator. When a storm came through, it kept everything running for several hours, so our family fun wasn't interrupted.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we'd definitely recommend this cabin to others!

Place is beautiful! Be ready for some dirt road riding to get there but so worth it!! Peaceful river views and everything exactly like described. Need to come back in the summer to enjoy the river more. Thanks for sharing your home!!!

Mt. For Hideaway

The property was amazing. River wasn't accessible but with all of the other amenities we stayed busy. Will definitely plan a trip in the fall to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fox Island. It was clean and perfect for what we needed. It is situated right on the river and my husband would love to go back so he can kayak and fish!
