Great family spot close to Spruce

Great property for our family! Ski on /off for Toll lift, but also a short drive to Spruce. Would be good for older kids who actually can make use of the ski on/off.

Walking to Ski slope was challenging as deep snow, but unit is ski in/ski out. Just not groomed from unit to the slope. The unit was perfect, clean and had all the accommodations. It needs new cookware (pans, pots) as they were quite worn, but other than that- excellent stay.

Great, cozy place in a little ski in/out 'village'

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Tollhouse lift and the runs there were open, so this spot worked perfectly as ski in / ski out. Very Nordic motif going on inside, clean and simple, which we liked. It could use a good dusting to remove some high-flung cobwebs, and the instructions on what to do with the garbage were a bit confusing, but otherwise excellent property for a family ski trip. We would rent this site again.

Tollhouse 10C

Loved the property. Garbage process a little stressful. would recommend putting a TV. in the living room especially when there are 6+ staying in house.

The host was in attentive. There was an issue with the hot water. It took host more than 2 days to send someone and the problem was not resolved. When the host representative came said it seems not too bad and he has more urgent things to do and then the host just said he does not plan to solve the problem

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation regarding the hot water, as the description provided does not reflect what occurred. Our team responded promptly and visited the home to assess the concern. At that time, we confirmed that the water temperature was hot and functioning as intended. The issue appeared to be related to multiple showers being taken back-to-back without sufficient recovery time, which can temporarily affect hot water availability in any residential system. This was explained during the visit, and no mechanical issue requiring repair was identified. At no point did our team indicate that the concern was unimportant or that it would not be addressed. We take all guest feedback seriously and respond quickly when issues are reported. While we regret any frustration experienced, the hot water system was working properly at the time of inspection.

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay. The unit is as pictured. Modern, newly updated, very pleasant. Especially enjoyed the spotless bathrooms. It was mostly in good shape, but with a few small spots not fully cleaned from the last visitors, and the kitchen needs a few additional items to be fully stocked (a cutting board, a sheet pan, etc), but overall really good and would stay there again. The location would have been awesome for ski-on/off but the mountain didn't have that slope open. It's really way off to the side of the mountain, so I wonder how often that happens? It was only one of two lifts not open.

Worst place we have rented

Management company was totally unresponsive. No idea what they are doing in the real estate business. Not sure if there was more dust on the ceiling fans or under the bed.

Just right for ski vacay

Clean, Well stocked, nice furnishings and well fitted vacation home. Perfect in every way. Was missing mini shampoos and bath soaps, but not an issue as we had our own. Otherwise just right for our group.

Ski on ski off at Stowe!

Great ski weekend. Fantastic location. Ski on / ski off. Steps away from toll house lift. Fresh snow the 2nd day. Clean place, comfortable bedding and couch. Nice eating area. Mud room was wonderful. Good appliances and dishes. Wood stove was cozy. Would love to come back here again!

Great location!

This home was perfect for our family of 4 and you can't beat the location. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again. Our only complaint is there is only 1 tv in the house and it's in the kids room. There we several times we watched a game in the evenings and it would have been nice to view it from the main living area.

Amazing!!

Everything was just perfect with this condo. The ski on ski off was steps away from the condos door. The interior was recently remodeled and it beautiful! Super clean as well! Already planning next years trip!!

Nicely renovated condo with ski on/off access

The tollhouse condo was perfect for a weekend ski trip. The inside was recently renovated and very well thought out. We had 8 people stay and it did not feel cramped. The mud room area and having three full baths made for a very comfortable ski vacation. It would have been nice if the check in process was easier by having a lock box at the condo instead of needing to pick up the keys at the property management.

Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Ideal for ski trip with a family.

Great location for skiing. Just walk about 10 yards, put on your skis and go. Newly redone in modern style. Immaculate. Best mudroom I’ve ever seen. It even has a gear warmer that makes putting on boots and gloves a dream. Comfortable for large family. Will definitely stay here again.
