Located in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the old town, (5 minutes from the lake, 10 minutes from the train station on foot), this charming studio of 25m² with mezzanine will bring you the necessary comfort for your stay. Strolling through the streets of "Little Venice", swim in turquoise waters, or walk on her there.

Housing
The studio has been partially refurbished and refreshed with care. It is located in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the old town close to the Palais de l'Isle, on the 2nd floor. The street offers many restaurant and bar as well as shops. The view from the studio with an inner courtyard and behind the castle. Parking is nearby.
The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. A new mattress 140x190 and a sofa bed 120x190 nine also. The kitchen is equipped with fridge (+ freezer), microwave combination oven, cast iron plate.
The linen is provided.
No smoking in the studio.

transport network
From the studio you can move without any foot problem in Annecy as well as buses. The station is also 10 minutes walk. In addition, we offer two bikes with baby gate if necessary and requested.

Great apartment with responsive and kind hosts. Quite clean with fresh sponge for cleaning any dishes. We appreciated the complimentary coffee! Location was phenomenal and access was very straightforward. The apartment is up 2 sets of steep stairs (not an issue for us) but keep this in mind before booking if you have mobility struggles. No second key (to our knowledge) and no bikes. The bed and shower were just long/tall enough for us (we are 177-182 cm). We enjoyed this fun loft and would recommend it to others travelling to Annecy!

The property was great! Perfect location that made transportation easy from the train station and in town. We had no problems, definitely hot during the heat wave, but A/C was not expected. Would recommend!

Unit is in the heart of Annecy. Easy walk from train/bus station. Restaurants, shops and grocery stores all just below the unit. Will definitely be back :)

Lovely apartment in the centre of annecy

We had a lovely stay here the location is right in the heart of the old town but once in the apartment it was very peaceful the only negative point is the shower could do with an update as looking a bit past it's best

The studio was completely remodeled in a very charming way, and decorated nicely. Appreciated having all the things one requires when prepping a simple meal if on the go or headed out to explore. The bed was comfortable. There is a ladder to reach the bed in a loft, and 3 flights of stairs to reach the suite, for anyone with mobility issues this should be considered. Loved my stay, and look forward to next time!.

This place has an excellent location, it’s it the heart of the old town. However the shower needs upgrades and I’m not sure if it’s safe to sleep on that bed upstairs. Definitely it’s too small for more than people. The studio was okay.

This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in.

Really great location

We loved where the studio is located- right in the heart of old town Annecy. Wonderful for walking around and enjoying the lake, town, and markets. We were disappointed, however, to arrive at such an unclean place- the floor wasn’t swept, I stepped in a puddle of water on the floor, the shower and shower curtain were very moldy, and the dishes were not clean. It’s pretty terrible to have traveled very far to arrive to a rental in that condition, then have to clean it. That felt extremely uncomfortable and it really affected our experience in Annecy. The wifi wouldn’t work, although the host did try to communicate with us to get it going.

Can't Beat The Location

This place is a little small, but not short on charm. Has the basics that you need but the true star is the location. Walking right out into the Annecy Old Town felt like something out of a movie. You have a very convenient keypad access right in the street off the river and a short walk up to the room. Keep in mind there's a slight tunnel and a few sections of stairs that could potentially make things difficult. The shuttered window leading out to a shared courtyard was wonderfully atmospheric and we loved listening to the sound of the rain through the windows. The area was quiet and private, we only saw one other person on the stairs during our entire stay. The wifi wasn't working during our stay which may be a dealbreaker for some but we were too distracted by the beauty of the area to notice too much.

Studio in Annecy Vielle Ville

This was the perfect location for us and the studio is located in one of the very traditional old buildings just underneath the Chateau which was very interesting for us, although a little cramped. The only downside was that the internet login given in the blurb in the studio was not correct and so we couldn't connect. Tried calling the phone number indicated for assistance, but couldn't get a response. It later turned out that the owner was away at the time, so I should have used the Vrbo chat for contact - but I couldn't connect to the internet!! However, this wasn't a big deal as we were out skiing most of the time. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the experience of staying in the Old Town.

Emplacement exceptionnel en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Le studio, situé côté cour, est très calme. Joliment décoré, il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable week-end.En revanche, le canapé-lit manque de confort et l'accès au lit en mezzanine, par une échelle, n'est pas très pratique. En été, la chaleur s'accumule dans le studio et il n'est pas possible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, car elles donnent sur le palier. Cela a rendu nos nuits peu confortables.

Le studio est bien situé et très bien insonorisé. C’est petit pour 4 personnes et il n’y a pas l’air climatisée. Cependant sa localisation dans le centre historique compense largement. C’est un studio avec beaucoup de charme. On a adoré notre séjour dans la ville de Annecy.

Très bon séjour dans ce charmant studio. Le logement est très bien situé et il est conforme à la description.J'y ai très bien dormi. A noter que le logement est sombre. L'avantage est qu'il était relativement "frais" alors qu'il faisait chaud à l'extérieur.

Appartement parfait comme sur annonce. Vraiment bien placé à côté du lac et de la vieille ville. Appartement au calme et très propre. Pratique pour récupérer clé à l arrivée et propriétaire arrangeant. On reviendra l année prochaine c est sûr.

Tolle Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Nachteil: Anfahrt mit Auto nicht möglich. Es muss auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen geparkt werden. Es gab in der Nähe einen, der nach 19 Uhr und vor 10 Uhr kostenfrei war.

La localisation est parfaite en plein centre de la ville piétonne et à proximité du lac. Logement propre et fonctionnel. À noter qu’il n’y a pas de laveuse, tel que mentionné dans l’annonce, mais des laveries à proximité. De plus il n’y a pas de grille-pain.
