Our OceanView/Poolside Condo is located in the Sunset Cove Complex on the south end of Seven Mile Beach. It is 3 miles from the Airport, 1 mile from Georgetown, and within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping & nightlife.

This ground floor unit is bright, airy, and tastefully decorated in tropical island decor. It is fully equipped with all the amenities and conveniences of home.

This Condo provides the perfect balance between your privacy & the amenities of a top-rated resort. Being poolside, you are just steps away from a large pool with tropical waterfalls, a swim-up pool bar and restaurant. Your private patio faces west with a direct view of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You are just 30 yards from the beach and protective Cove. Great for small children. Soak up the rays, take a refreshing swim in the warm crystal clear water, snorkel directly out from shore at a marine park reef where you'll find beautiful coral and tropical fish, or just sit back with a cocktail and enjoy a spectacular sunset.

We are very proud of our vacation home and have taken great effort to decorate and outfit this unit for our pleasure and that of our guests. We have wireless Internet service within the unit as well as at the pool and beach . It is truly one of the most inviting and well kept condos in the complex. Our Condo is approved and licensed by the Cayman Tourist Board and has been consistently cited by them as being in "Excellent Condition". We have also consistently been rated as 'OUTSTANDING' by our guests. (PLEASE VIEW OUR GUEST COMMENTS BELOW)

Awesome Accommodations

The condo was as described - very clean, well-stocked, great location, wonderful pool and beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Overall great experience - we would definitely stay again.

A Treasure in Paradise

The condo was everything one could want. Well appointed, clean, perfect location and is more than advertised. Our hosts, Pat and Mike, provided wonderful and detailed instructions and so many tips and local information that although this was a first for us - we felt as if we were repeat visitors. Stunning views and superb amenities. We will be back!

Well stocked, great location

This place was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had plenty of dishes, pans, spices, cooking staples etc already there which was VERY appreciated given supermarkets are quite expensive on the island. Cant say enough about the pool, swim up bar and food served there- excellent quality. Highly recommend

Great place for families!

The apartment was exactly as described and sunset cove was perfect for us - great pool with a swim up bar that had food options, and the beach with cove was amazing for kids. It was a great vacation!

Excellent location

While the weather was a bit iffy, the place was clean and comfortable. We didn't see a lot of sun, but as my friends back home said, 80 degrees is still pretty nice! That said, we just had wind and a minimal rain shower. We were there for business and business we did. Will stay there again! BTW, the best beach around.

Incredible Stay!!

We loved the place so much the beach and sea wall protection makes for great snorkeling and the beach g feels so private and exclusive! The pool is amazing and the Lazy Lizard bar staff was awesome! Great food that can be ordered and the location is right in middle of everything! ! Love this place and plan on booking next year! !

Second stay - and can't wait to come back!

This is our second stay at Pat and Mike's. It is the perfect location for our family (2 adults and 2 kids - ages 10 and 4) - the pool is only a few steps from the back door and the beach a very short walk. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance (Peppers is the best!) and most of the excursions (i.e., Stringray City, Turtle Center) have shuttles that will either pick you up at Sunset Cove (or at the Hampton, which is right next door). The unit is very clean and has all of the amenities of home. We just got back and my kids are already asking when we are going back :-)

Excellent time and accommodations

The property was as advertised. Great location, Great setting, Great beach access, Great snorkeling, Great pool with swim-up bar and food, Great condo with everything you will need, right down to the Ninja Smoothy Blender. Pat and Mike were Great to work with and provided much appreciated information on everything you need to know to navigate excursions, restaurants, groceries, rentals, etc. We will be Back!!

High School Graduation Celebration

Our family of 4 took a last minute trip to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. Pat was great to accommodate us on short notice with quick Communication and tips for our stay. The housekeeper, Jennifer, was awesome! The condo was super clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The air conditioner worked great and the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and the location to the pool and beach. The back side of the complex by the road where the old Palmar Resort used to be looked very run down, but once you get inside the Sunset Cove complex, it was well maintained. We felt safe and constantly saw smiling security personnel walking the property. The beach and cove were perfect and quiet for relaxing. We loved laying on a float in the ocean in the cove was so calm. For more adventure, we rented snorkeling equipment and swam out to the reefs outside the cove. We saw so many tropical fish, eel, stingray, grouper. The pool area was clean. We ate at the Lazy Lizard twice and it was quite good. We also ate at Lobster Pot, The Wharf, Peppers, and Calypso Grill. We didn’t rent a car but taxis were readily available and reasonable. Don’t miss a tour to Stingray City!!! Can’t wait to come back☀️😊☀️

Loved our stay

We loved our stay. The owners are very organized and helpful. They were great at communication and sent us a lot of information about the condo and island before our arrival. The condo was spotless. The beach was not crowded and you could always find chairs and an umbrella. We liked the swimming cove in front of the complex. The condo is in a very convenient location. You can walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Incredible beach vacation in Grand

Beautiful condo in the most beautiful location. Everything we needed was included. Best beach and snorkeling on the island was right out the back door. Owners gave us all the information needed for activities and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer. We are also VRBO owners and these owners did everything right.

Great Stay

The condo is clean and eveything is as stated on teh listing.The private beach is so beautiful and awesome. Our family was able to snorkel right at the beach. It's walkable distance to a few restaurant and the Kirk supermarket. The communication with the host is also exceptional.

Wonderfully clean location and excellent hosts!

The condo location is fantastic! The interior was very clean and the private lagoon was wonderful. We appreciated the graciousness of the hosts and any issue we had was quickly taken care of. We will be back!

Loved it!

The unit was GREAT for our family with 3 teen boys. The beach was the best we saw on the island. We loved the grills, bar, and overall location. We could walk to almost everywhere. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Awesome condo in Cayman

Cayman Islands is always an amazing trip. This condo was awesome and we can't wait to book another trip and stay at the same condo. IT was beautiful, clean, and on the first floor which made going to the beach super easy. I highly recommend staying here!

Great vacation! So easy and the location was superb. Within walking distance to many restaurants. The beach was perfect for our family. The owners were detail oriented and were so helpful with tips and fun things to do. Would definitely come back.

Perfect

Exceptional hosts who ensure everything you need for a great stay. Location was awesome - close to Georgetown on a beautiful stretch of 7 mile beach. Sandy cove made ocean swimming possible even on the waviest of days. Just a few steps to beach and pool yet tucked away in a quiet corner. Condo is comfortable and has all the space and amenities you need for a perfect stay. We loved everything about it! Thank you Mike and Pat for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Great place!

The location was great on 7-mile and the condo was perfectly situated between beach and pool. Loved that it was a condo and we could cook, but also had a swim-up pool/tiki bar with great drinks and good bar food. Loved the spicy margaritas! The information that the host provided us before arrival made it a smooth and easy trip. Would stay there again for sure!

We are originally from Minnesota, but now reside in Florida. From the many Caribbean islands we visited off cruise ships we chose Grand Cayman to return to with our children for a family vacation. It was absolutely fantastic! The sun, the rolling sand beach, the pools, the crystal clear water, the snorkeling, the diving, the sunsets, the people----we fell in love. We bought our vacation home at Sunset Cove in 1995 and have spent many vacations here with family and friends, as well a sharing our piece of paradise with others.
