Fun in the Sun starts here! ☀️💦 Welcome to your Private Poolside Desert Oasis in beautiful St. George. Relax just steps from the community pool & hot tub, then explore nearby Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, hiking & biking trails, Kayenta, shopping and great local dining. With Zion just a day trip away, this peaceful desert retreat is the perfect home base for sunshine, adventure and unforgettable Southern Utah memories! 🌵

Our home has a fenced backyard which is shared by the attached home and leads to the gated, outdoor community pool and hot tub, which serves the 20 homes in the community.

In keeping with our desert area the yard is xeriscape.

You will have access to the whole home and your privacy as you will be the only people staying there. The pool and hot tub are nearby but shared with 20 homes. There is a cleaned 2 car garage attached with a driveway and extra parking in spaces near the home.

We are available 24/7 via call, text or e-mail should a need arise or for suggestions or help.

Our neighborhood is a gated subdivision of the beautiful Entrada development. The 12 homes (20 including Sand Point across Pioneer Pkwy) are all legally zoned vacation homes. All homes in our community are `twin homes` meaning that unlike a townhome that is surrounded by connected homes on either side, ours only have one common wall separating 2 homes. This home is a short walk to the secure fenced pool area providing convenience. There is a restroom at the pool as well as a patio cover that provides some shade.

Cars are necessary to get around. There are numerous bike/hiking trails right outside the community.

There will be extra info on the kitchen counter top about wi-fi password, pool rules, extra keys, remotes for garage and outside security gate.

Great location!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Very clean, great location (especially for the Snow Canyon Half conveniently located by the high school bus pick up). Great for our family of 4! Will stay again!

Wonderful location

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. There are trails, gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores very near. The easy access to the pool is a bonus.

Great property

Perfect!

Absolutely wonderful property! It was all it was advertised to be. It was quiet, comfortable, pool was wonderful, beds were great, and the location was perfect for easy access to our activities. We will definitely be staying here again!

Comfortable, relaxing St. George getaway!

We recently spent the Labor Day weekend at this wonderful property! It is perfectly located for access to Tuacahn theater and great golfing. Our kids loved swimming at the pool at Entrada! The condo is immaculately clean and was like a home away from home, but more comfortable! We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Quiet Home

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a quiet and nice spot. We loved having a garage for our car. We also enjoyed the covered patio, and private entrance through the back yard to the pool. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo in St. George

The condo was very clean with ample linens and comfortable furnishings. We did not use the pool, but the guest book had many positive comments about it. This was the perfect location for our needs. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space

The entire property is modern, clean and inviting. The yard has beautiful desert plants. The walk to the pool is super short. The location is exactly where we wanted, close to hiking, a grocery store, and restaurants.

This home makes it convenient for our guests to be centrally and conveniently located to the sights and activities that this beautiful area offers. Unlike most of the very large, crowded vacation home communities in St. George, ours is small, private and quiet making for a more relaxed atmosphere. This home is on the community pool and hot tub side of the street and only a short walk away.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love the Entrada area because it's located on the most picturesque, residential and quiet side (west) of St. George close to the red rocks and lava fields. There are miles and miles of bike trails and hiking trails nearby. We are close to the brand new, gourmet grocery store, Harmon's only one mile down Pioneer Parkway to the west, only a 5 minute drive to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn Amphitheater and less than a mile from the Snow Canyon Softball Complex. We will also provide our guests with a FREE family day pass to Sand Hollow Aquatic Center (an indoor pool and small water park) as well as a FREE pass to a fitness center located about a 5-10 minute drive.
