Wow, Nea Villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an amazing stay. The pool, rooftop balcony, and garden were fantastic areas for spending time in the sunshine. The villa was so spacious, bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccably clean, and great layout. The villa is a 2min walk to the beach which was perfect and meant lovely views from the villa itself of the sea. Our host Carlo couldn’t have been more helpful, he gave great beach and restaurant recommendations, and his communication in the lead up to the holiday (and during) was brilliant. We will be back!

We had an incredible 4 weeks in this property with friends and family, including babies and children. The location and view are just amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful and arrange periodic cleaning and fresh linens. I can highly recommend it and would love to return. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the beach is incredibly child friendly and stunning blue.

Absolutely fabulous villa for our family of 11. Amazing sea view and pool. Walking distance to beach with great snorkelling. We used the hotel next door for coffee and pizza also. Carlo could not have been a more accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was so helpful. A five star villa!

Wonderful villa for a family holiday

The villa was perfect for our family holiday with ages from 9-70! The house, location and particularly the outdoor area and pool were all wonderful. Carlos the host was amazing at making us feel welcome and helping us with anything we needed and giving us great advise and tips. The villa is a few minutes walk from the beach with many more a short drive away. The local town is also lovely. A wonderful time was had by all, highly recommended and we hope to return!

Great holiday with a beautiful view.

We spent two weeks in Carlo's villa and enjoyed it very much. The sea view from the pool terrace and the roof terrace is magnificent. The house is very spacious, nicely decorated and provided enough space for all of us (4 adults and 5 kids). The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The beach is only a two minutes walk from the back garden door.Last but not least, Carlo was a very friendly and attentive host who provided us with information about local must-sees and good places to go out for dining.

Everthing was fine

It was a spacious house with everthing you need. Carlo helped us in every situation, even when we had to go to a doctor. The pool, the rooms, the garden were fine. Thank you!

A beautiful villa in a lovely setting

We stayed at Carlos villa and had a wonderful time. The villa itself is beautiful and the pool is fantastic. We loved the roof terrace and sat there every night to watch the sun set. S’aint Antioco is a very quiet place to visit especially if you like a beach holiday. We had a lovely meal at the hotel next door. Carlo is very hepfull, and sorted a small issue we had with a door as soon as we reported it. My family loved our stay and cannot fault it. An easy recommend

Wonderfull place

We spent one week of relaxing and fun with our family in the amazing villa of Carlo. The ambient and the view was unbelivable. To spend time in the pool and in the close sea help us to relax. All the things that has been described in the homepage are 100% fullfilled. Thanks for a very warm welcome and the permanet support on all our questions regarding rental boat, restaurant etc. This is a place which I can reccomend with best conscience to everybody who wants to enjoy Italy, Sardinia and the original landscape pared with luxury hosting.

Three generation family holiday

Lovely, spacious villa with beautiful outdoor areas and splendid sea views. Overall very happy with the villa, however some of our party felt their bed was not comfortable. Initially the WiFi didn’t work but the host had the modem replaced on day 3. Also one of the showers didn’t work properly and their was no UK channels on the TV.

Thanks for your review. I'm glad you liked my villa. Regarding the beds "not comfortable", unfortunately, is a subjective question. The tourists who spent their holiday the week before yours wrote in their reviews, as you can read, "We found the beds to be extremely comfortable and well sized". About the wifi, it's true. You reported the malfunction to me on Sunday. On Monday I purchased a new modem, and on Tuesday morning it was installed in the villa. As for the showers, I checked them and they all work perfectly About the UK channels, if you want to stay in my villa again, we will sit together on the sofa, you will watch the UK channels and I will watch them too, so I hope to improve my bad English.

A spectacular stay - listing does not do it justice.

We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for 11 friends to get together and enjoy Sardinia. Communicating with Carlo in the lead up to the trip was easy and enjoyable, he was very responsive and made our arrival perfectly smooth. The villa itself is spectacular - of course you can see how beautiful the outside is from the pictures but the inside is amazing too, full of character and incredibly comfortable for 11 of us. Carlo made sure we had all the information we needed throughout. The property is exceptionally close to the beach, even walked down with out my shoes. The beach is not crowded, very laid back and there is tons more to explore on the island. I would love to come back to this place, I will be dreaming of it in the cold winter months! You can see how much love and attention Carlo has put into the property, and ensuring his guests have an amazing time.

Fabulous Villa

Our family group of six adults spent an extremely happy week in the villa. Carlo is an incredibly helpful and friendly host who answered any question or concern we had before our arrival and is more than happy to deal with any query during your stay. On arrival we were delighted to meet Carlo who gave us a very warm welcome and then explained all the practical details for our stay. We enjoyed his tour around the villa and garden and were delighted with both. It really is a beautiful place with stunning views. Everything is so clean and well set out. The kitchen is very well equipped with a lovely long table and another long table outside on the patio. Towels and bed linen are in their own sealed bags ready for use once you have decided on who has which room, which is tricky with such a lovely choice! There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable and well sized. The washing machine came in very handy although we hadn't thought we would use it! The rooftop seating area is fab and we spent very happy evenings up there. The palm trees, shrubs and flowers are not only gorgeous but well tended.There is a hot shower at the bottom of the garden to wash sand from the beach. The beach is very close with a cafe/bar, where sunbeds can be rented for 6 euros, and a pizza restaurant with a good upstairs sea view. The sea is shallow and is great for a swim. The nearby hotel nearby does a very nice evening meal. Thank you Carlo for a great holiday.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Maladroxia – Erholung pur!Wir neun Personen haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus in Maladroxia verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom malerischen Sandstrand entfernt.Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet – sowohl in der Küche als auch in allen übrigen Räumen fehlt es an nichts. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem, sodass wir hervorragend geschlafen haben, und auch die Klimaanlagen haben einwandfrei funktioniert. (Tipp für deutsche Kaffeeliebhaber: Wer klassischen Filterkaffee gewohnt ist, bringt sich am besten einen Handfilter mit. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht an unseren Vermieter Carlo: Er war jederzeit problemlos per WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns immer blitzschnell geholfen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass wir am Anreisetag schon um 14 Uhr statt 17 Uhr einchecken durften, da die Vorbesucher früh abgereist waren und das Haus bereits fertig war. Als absolutes Highlight hat Carlo sogar schon den ersten Einkauf und das Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen für uns besorgt – ein fantastischer Service! Zudem hat er uns einen Code für den ca. 7 km entfernten Conad-Supermarkt gegeben, mit dem wir bei jedem Einkauf einige Prozent sparen konnten.Die Insel Sant’Antioco ist ein echter Geheimtipp für alle, die das authentische Sardinien suchen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!Liebe Grüße,Birgit und der Rest der Mädels5/5 Sterne

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche auf Sardinien. Die Villa hat einen tollen Pool und ist nur 100 Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt. So bleiben im Urlaub keine Wünsche offen. Carlo, der Besitzer der Villa war sehr nett und hatte man irgendwelche Fragen erhielt man umgehend Hilfe und Antwort.

Schickes Haus mit nettem Garten! Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen; die Beleuchtung abends ist der Hammer. Wir Erwachsenen haben immer ein schattiges, ruhiges Plätzchen im Garten oder auf der Terasse gefunden. Für unseren täglichen gemeinsamen Apéro mit Ausblick hatten wir die Qual der Wahl: Dachterrasse, Terasse, auf dem Rasen ... . Auch im Haus fanden alle Personen ihren eigenen Rückzugsort. Insgesamt tolle Lage, sehr nah zum netten Strand. Von hier aus kann man mit dem SUP, schwimmend oder schnorchelnd die angrenzenden Buchten erreichen und das wunderbare Wasser und die Unterwasserwelt bestaunen. Grundsätzlich geht es hier im Südwesten etwas ruhiger zu als z. B. an der Costa Smeralda. Wir haben ein paar Ausflüge gemacht, zu denen uns Carlo immer noch zusätzlich hilfreiche Tipps geben konnte (Parkplätze, passende Tage, Anbieter etc.). Kurzum: perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie und/oder Freunden.

Un grand merci à Carlo et sa sœur pour leur accueil et disponibilité tout au long du séjour.Une villa exceptionnelle, très propre, très bien équipée et adaptée au nombre de convives.Une piscine très agréable et bien située avec une accessibilité depuis la terrasse, ce qui permet d’en faire profiter tous les convives.L’accès direct à la mer est très pratique et l’eau est belle.En résumé : un séjour exceptionnel et qui permet de bien se ressourcer.Merci Carlo

Traumhafte Ferien

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Das Haus war genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir genossen schmackhafte Grillabende und genossen den Pool auch nach Sonnenuntergang. In einer Minute waren wir am Strand, ruhiger Wellengang und angenehme Wassertemperatur. Das Wasser war klar und wunderschön. Der Besitzer hat immer auf unser Wohl geschaut. Der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt, der Gärtner kam und für frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurde persönlich vom Besitzer gesorgt. Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien und verbrachten tolle 2 Wochen in Maladroxia. Wir können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit Carlo!Zudem: Es gibt tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie die Cala Grotta, den Strand in Porto Pino, die Stadt Sant'Antioco und vieles mehr.

Maison très bien située à Maladroxia, petite station balnéaire hors du temps, accès plage direct à pieds à 100m, chemins de randonnée.Très belle vue dégagée sur la mer et grande piscine.Nous étions 5 couples : 2 chambre à 2 lits simples avec ou sans salle d’eau.Carlo est de tres bons conseils et serviable.A recommander

Ein stilvolles und perfektes Ferienhaus für einen fantastischen Aufenthalt ! ! ! Das Haus liegt (mit Fahrzeugen) gut erreichbar im kleinen Ort und der Strand ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Mit genügend Schlaf- und Badezimmern ist die Villa ideal auch für größere Gruppen. Wohnraum und Küche sind voll ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Liegeflächen, Terrasse und Grillplatz läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Highlight ist jedoch Carlo als Gastgeber - He's the Man ! immer erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich

Das war eine tolle Woche

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Der Pool ist ein Highligth. Das Haus hat viele schöne Zimmer und gute Betten. Einen grossen Kühlschrank, denn zum Einkaufen braucht es ein Auto. Auch eine Abwasch und Waschmaschine sind da. Carlo hat uns freundlich empfangen und alle Detaills gut erklärt. Einziger Wermuthstropfen waren die vielen Stechmücken. Da kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafür. Es hat uns und unseren Kindern sehr gefallen und wir würden gerne wieder Gäste in diesem Haus sein. Danke Carlo!

Familienurlaub vom Feinsten

Wir haben in Carlos wunderschöner Villa im September einen traumhaften Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr interessant gebaut und eingerichtet. Die Zimmer liegen in verschiedenen geschlossenen Gebäudeteilen, jeweils mit eigenem Bad, so dass man sich sehr gut zurückziehen kann. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr großzügig ausgelegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Highlight ist die Terasse und der Pool mit den wunderschönen, großen Palmen und der Aussicht aufs Meer. Es sind genug Liegen, Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden und der Grill leistet sehr gute Dienste. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung bleibt etwas hinter dem sonst weit überdurchschnittlichen Gesamteindruck zurück (es ist alles da, aber einfach gehalten). Alles ist sehr sauber und ruhig (Nachts kann man die Fenster problemlos geöffnet lassen). Carlo ist ein toller, sehr großzügiger Gastgeber, der immer verfügbar war und auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen ist. Der Stand mit kristallklarem, flach abfallenden Wasser ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar, wunderschön und für sardische Verhältnisse recht belebt und touristisch erschlossen. Da wir mit Kindern dort waren, hat uns das sehr gut gepasst. Man kann in wenigen Schritten Entfernung Pizza essen gehen und frisch gebackene Hörnchen zum Frühstück kaufen. Nur eine Eisdiele mit selbstgemachtem Gelato haben wir vermisst. Für uns war der Aufenthalt eine absolute Außnahmeerfahrung, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können!

Nea Villa Guest House - sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit 9 Personen im August/September in der Villa und wir waren sehr begeistert. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Man hatte wirklich nur ein paar Meter bis zum Meer zu laufen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war gut und die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Am besten ist die Aussicht auf die Bucht mit dem wunderschönen Pool. Unser Host Carlo stand uns jederzeit für Auskünfte zur Verfügung und war stets hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein Traum und die Beschreibung im Internet stimmt zu 100%.

Traumhafte Ferien

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – umgeben von atemberaubender Natur und nur wenige geh Minuten von den besten Stränden entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der wunderschöne Pool. Der Außenbereich mit der Terrasse und dem Grill sowie Pizza-Ofen war der perfekte Ort, um die Tage-Abende zu genießen. Ein großes Dankeschön an unseren Gastgeber Carlo, der immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Carlo hat uns mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge(Strände-Städte) und Restaurants versorgt und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen!
