The Rockhouse / Green Door at 11 Chimneys

Our newly renovated Rockhouse is the perfect place to unplug and recharge. Located on 12 acres of property, this carefully crafted cabin is nestled deep in the woods. Spend time in the stunning mountains with nearby hikes and outdoor activities, then take a short drive to the Town Center. Spend your mornings on our patio while sipping your coffee in company with many mountain birds and your nights cooking while the fireplace is going. We invite you to make some new memories in our lovely cabin!

There is one bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

There's no TV in the cabin - find entertainment with the many trails nearby and enjoy the show given by Idyllwild’s native birds!

If you plan on using the sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly!

You will have this entire cabin to yourself. There is self check in for ease - check in at 4 pm and check out at 11 am.

For check in, I will send all the information needed the morning of your check in.

There are other cabins that we own on this property! Because all the cabins are on the same property, all the cabins fall under the same address. Please look for your cabin with the specific Green Door. There is also a sign above the doors that have the name of the cabins, and this listing is Rock House. However, each cabin is separate and has space between each other. They are secluded and have no shared spaces.

1.4 miles from Town Center - only a 5 minute drive!

PETS: Only dogs allowed, no cats or other animals. We have a max of 2 dogs allowed. If you would like to bring an additional dog, please message us for us to discuss/approve. Dogs must be paid for at reservation time. If there is an unauthorized dog during the stay, a fee of $100 will be applied, plus the original pet fee. There is no fenced yard and pets must be on leashes at ALL TIMES and not left unattended in the cabin.

DISCLAIMER: The WiFi is meant just for minimal texting and low speed data, like texting (can be spotty at times). There is very limited cell reception on the property. There is full reception upon exit of the property.

The AC/Heating for the Unit is a Mini Split system. There is one unit in the kitchen area and one unit in the bedroom. They work effectively but please be patient after turning on. Please do not overrun.

Firewood is not provided. Please stop by the local stores for firewood before your stay.

There is a specific area to park, please let us know if you are planning on bringing more than one car and we will try to accommodate you.

Please check the weather conditions prior to your departure. Snow chains are needed with icy conditions!

No Ev charging permitted.

An unauthorized early check in or late check out will result in a $150 minimum fee.

Only Guests stated in the reservation details are permitted. Any unauthorized Guests will result in $100 fine per person.

No events, gatherings, parties or weddings permitted unless approved by Owner.

There are no outdoor grilling, fires or flames permitted at the property.
