Perfect family vacation accommodation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our large family of 18 found this house to be nearly perfect for us. We played cornhole, had some great campfires, played games, and relaxed on the deck. We would absolutely recommend the lodge. Geo, the lodge contact, quickly and professionally responded to our questions/issues.

Perfect for a family reunion

Family wedding trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect for our large, 3 generation group. We loved being able to spend time together, and the layout was perfect to accommodate. Some of the group enjoyed the available paddle boards. Location was convenient. The driveway was large enough to fit all of our cars. The host, Geo, was very responsive. He even helped coordinate retrieval of some forgotten items. Would definitely recommend to large groups.

Rented for girls trip and this beautiful lodge was perfect! Lots of room for gatherings inside and out. We enjoyed the fire pit and didn’t even leave the property our last day, we swim at the lake and the pool all day. Geo was very responsive in any questions that I had.

Making Memories

The property was a great location for my family to get together for a few days. The best part it was on the water and the kids enjoyed the paddle boards, which came with the property, just as much as boating. The home was very spacious/clean and everyone had their own bed and bathrooms.

Lodge 17

We had an amazing experience. Plenty of toom for over 20 of us. Owners were extremely prompt and brought us more things when we ran low. Definitely would stay again. Only thing that we would have like was a dock for easier access into the lake but we made it work and still enjoyed the water.

Our yearly family trip to Branson MO

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy booking experience with non complicated property access. Our accommodations were excellent and we really enjoyed access to the lake. Great dock with a water trampoline. We left a previous resort after 13 years and are very satisfied with everything at Branson Shores. Will return in 2023.

Pros: The house location was in a peaceful setting and with a great deck and a nice lake view. Large driveway for parking several cars. Also nicely located to attractions and shopping. Large fridge and extras like multiple coffee pots and crock pot. No oven mitts found though and only a couple dish towels. Would bring if planning to cook at home. Large space for oversized group to enjoy time together. Nice fireplace for heat and atmosphere. Couple nice walk in showers and nice pool table rec area. Pet friendly which was a major factor in choosing but, make sure to check the box at reservation. Cons: washer and dryer on bottom floor which was a haul up to 3rd floor with laundry. Dryer needs some maintenance. 3 hour dry time was inconvenient. Tub showers were slick when wet. Had 4 slip / fall situations so hopefully management has addressed. Water pressure on 3rd floor not great. Walls could use touch up paint. Front door needs some adjusting. Heavy and tough to close.Would potentially stay again, if price is right.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our large family enjoyed the space provided. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms to be comfortable. We spent a lot of time outdoors on the lawns and decks. Also used the paddle boards. We appreciated that the paddle boards were in good shape and ready to use.The house could use some cosmetic fix ups and repairs like paint, replace carpet and broken blinds.

Great waterfront place!

The house was fully stocked and had plenty of everything for 14 adults and a bunch of kids. Plenty of parking and right on the lake. The property was excellent!

Some rooms lacked a bath towel rack or things were very loose on the wall.The small couch had a distinct odor. Worst of all, the TV's in the bedrooms would not work. I texted the manager but did not get a reply.

The best Branson lodging for large families and groups!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at Branson Shores, and it did not disappoint! The 10 bedroom, 7 bath lodge was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We loved the big windows in the living room, ample & comforable seating, the large kitchen and two large tables for eating and entertaining. The lower level with the pool table, couches, TV, and walk-out to the fire pit was wonderful. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the live entertainment in the evening, and swimming in the lake near the boat dock. Branson Shores management is superb. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy, and we were! We will definitely return.

The cabins were close enough together that we could go back and forth easily. Dan supplied us with wood for a fire in our firepit. The kids loved the zero entry pool and the trampoline in the lake. My family thought this was one of our best reunion spots ever!

The onsite Concierge (Dan) was great and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Very minor wear and tear things related to the appliances (microwave, dryer), but didn’t effect our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Branson for a family vacation at Christmas. What a beautiful home !! It was perfect for our family of 18. The house provided everything we needed (towels, plates, cookware, etc). The view is beautiful overlooking the lake. Nice deck with plenty of seating and a firepit located on the lower level. This home is close to many of Branson's attractions and we did partake in many of the beautiful sites around the area... Dolly Parton Stampede, Butterfly Palace, Mountain coaster, hiking, Silver Dollar City, just to name a few. Lay out of the home was perfect for us. 2 kings on main level with 2 bathrooms. Upstairs had 3 kings and 1 queen with 3 bathrooms. Downstairs had 4 beautiful bedrooms with one bunk bed and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 large tables on the main floor which provided plenty of room for us to eat and spread out our puzzles :) The pool table downstairs was definitely used by our kids. They loved it. All in all I would highly recommend this home for a family getaway. We had a great time and would come back to this home on our next trip to Branson !!

Annual Family Lake Trip

Good location right on Table Rock. Unfortunately, our property had bats that we dealt with inside the house during our stay. For the first night, no one on the property could figure out how to help us capture or plug the entrance for the little critter so it continued to enter and fly around the main living area - not a pleasant experience. The next day after several calls, the entrance was plugged and our stay went mainly smooth till the final evening when another bat entered the master bathroom and was flying around. In this case, my husband and son had to catch him in a pool net left by the property managers (for us to deal with the bat the first night). Not knowing if this bat could also re-enter, we opted not to stay in that room again. For as costly as this home is to rent, the owners really need to deal with this critter issue. It isn’t safe or clean and certainly is a nuisance to renters. While we loved the proximity to the lake, there are also no easily paved walk ways to the water making it rocky and hard for some guests to make it to the dock and our house had the view of the lake blocked by trees (also would have been nice to know) when we expected to have a lakefront view given the proximity and cost for the week. The boats on property to rent are slow and one is completely broken (chair handle falling off, side door doesn’t latch, front end smashed, etc.). All in all, it looks better in the listing than in reality and we’ll be finding a different home next year.

WOW

Beautiful large home. Centrally located. Incredible view. Room for everyone and the evening fire was great. Our family travels every two years to meet for xmas. With three generations and years of travel. This was hands down one of our most memorable.
