Hither Hills 2BR Montauk Cottage - walk to beach!

Two bedroom/ 1 bath cottage located in the coveted Hither Hills section of Montauk. Walking distance to a mile of private sandy ocean beach under the supervision of the Montauk Beach Property Owners Association, (MBPOA). If you prefer to drive to our beach the cottage includes shared^ key access to private parking lots along Old Montauk Highway that access the beach.

Listen to the waves from our backyard deck or by the fire pit, cook your catch in our fully equipped kitchen, jog or ride your bike into town for lunch. Do everything or nothing at all at our cottage! Life at its best in Montauk, NY!

Easy check in. Clear communication. Home was perfectly clean. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need including garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The backyard is beautiful and the deck is equipped with a lovely table chairs and umbrella. Bbq grill for tour use and a Fire pit to share with the cottage next door. A bit of a walk to the beach but having the key and parking pass was a godsend. Not too many stairs at the beach. Made it easy for my husband and I to walk down and carry our stuff. Suggestion... perhaps put a television in the master bedroom. Other than that we have zero complaints. Loved it!

Great Beach Cottage

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It is very basic, but had everything we needed for a week at the beach.

Everything was great. This was my 3rd year in a row renting this cottage and I absolutely love it! The primary bedroom now has a king bed and updated furniture. The perfect summer cottage right by the beach!

Great little cottage close to the beach

Great small cottage a few blocks from the beach. Has everything you need. Beach pass is a plus. Very responsive host.

104 Adams is a wonderful place to stay.

The interior of the cottage is well laid out, nicely furnished and is decorated in a nautical theme. The kitchen is well-supplied and has good appliances. The air conditioners work well and there are ceiling fans in the master bedroom and kitchen. The living room and deck overlook a tree-shaded backyard and the cottage is surrounded by flowers and plantings. And, of course, the nearby ocean beach is a star attraction!

Our Cottage In Hither Hills!

This cottage is super charming. It was bigger than we had expected. Perfect for two people and an occasional visitor as the 2nd bedroom is bunkbeds. The back-deck is great to hang. Close to town. We'll be back!
