Beautiful house, spacious, inserted in a condominium of 10 villas, with garden of 3000m, with 3 bedrooms near Ericeira. The house is located in the Sit Beach (10 minutes from Ericeira). The house sleeps 6 people. Surely you'll love the idyllic location of the house. The house is very well located; modern, very nice and well decorated. The house has 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms of which one with bath and the other with shower has a great swimming pool. The living room has cable TV, Internet and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a terrace of 20 square meters with barbecue, overlooking the sea with table and chairs for dining. Nearby you will find several cafes, many restaurants and a supermarket. If you like to surf, this is the ideal home for you. It has some of the best beaches to practice Surf. The West Region is a region with a very mild and pleasant climate. Given the proximity of Lisbon, Sintra, Mafra, Sta Cruz and Obidos among others, it has been much sought after in recent years either by Portuguese tourists or by foreigners. This house is very close to the stage known worldwide for its famous beaches for surfing, as the Praia dos Coxos, Ribeira D'Ilhas, S. Beach Lourenço. Gastronomy is one of the strengths of this area known for its excellent seafood and fresh fish. 30 km from the largest MUSEUM OUTDOOR DINOSAURS, located in Lourinhã. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation for the whole family and friends. Imagine yourself resting and listening to the burst of waves ... this is what you find in this little paradise.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the house of Lidia. It is situated in a very quiet village on the beautiful coast of Portugal. We enjoyed the kitchen and Barbecue very much. The house is spacious and clean. And you gotta love the tennis table!

Thank you for a fantastic stay in your lovely villa. We had the most brilliant family holiday. The house is spacious and incredibly well equipped. It was great for cooking and we loved eating outside at the large table on the terrace. The pool and gardens were kept very clean. The only minor point is that the listing says one bedroom has twin beds but it is actually a double bed - in case that is important to anyone. There is a lovely fish restaurant in the village just 10 mins walk away. You will need a car for everything else. Ericeira is lovely for the market, shops, bars and restaurants. There are lots of different beaches within 30 mins drive. We had the most fantastic break and would love to come back.

Loveley Assenta!

Don´t miss the local bar near the main corner. It is unforgetable And the take away near the house has a fantastic chicken. The house has god space and tree bathroom wich is very comfortable. It is god to have a jacket thoug the wind is blowing, often.

Lovely Landscape and nice house

It is a kind of town house within a block of approx. 10 houses. Most of the time we were alone and no one else was there. There are various lovely beaches around and you need a car. The house itself was perfect for our need.

Family holiday in August 2023

We stayed at the villa for 4 days on August 2023 after a very hot 4 days in Lisbon. The cooler temperatures at the coast were welcome. The villa was very comfortable and large, and the pool was great. There is not much else in Assenta, but there is a small supermarket in Charneca, which is only a few km away, and much larger supermarkets in Silveria and Ericeria. Ericeria is very nice, with lots of restaurants around the square and a good vibe. There is also market, but we did not manage to visit, and music events in the park every few nights. There are lots of beaches in the area, and we enjoyed afternoons at both Calada and Sau Lourenco, which are only a few km from the villa. We also had a day trip to Sinta, which was about an hours drive.

An outstanding time!! Silvana Pereira

Hellooooo!!!!! Despite it was only a mini vacations in Decembre, a month that is very cold in Portugal, it was a spectacular summer days. The owners were very kind and it was a very nice reception. They received us with a portuguese wine and with a fruit basket. The house got plenty of space, warm, clean, with a terrace, a garden and a games room where i found lots of things to do. The location is very good. The seaview is wonderfull. You can walk to the beach, 200meters more or less. The house is better than in the photos, you get schoked with the differrence, marvelous. We had the opportunity to visit some of the coffees and restaurants nearby, you can walk to every single one of them. We wish to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the swimming pool. Si Fuera un Hortel .......5 estrelas Superior.

Somos una pareja con niños que primero nos gusta viajar,conocer nuevos sitios pero lo fundamental en descansar y que nuestros hijos disfruten. La casa no le falta de nada. Todo lo que puedas necesitar lo encontraras. Si vas con niños les encantara su jardin compartido pero se comvierte en privado ya que esta cerrado sin ningun peligro para ellos y su piscina. Las habitaciones amplias y comodos y con unas vistas al mar que te alegran las mañanas. La zona de jegos en el bajo de la casa casi no la utilizamos porque al esrtar buen tiempo siempre estuvios o visitando las zonas cercanas o bien en el jardin,pero si llueve es muy pracrica para pasar el rato jugando al pin pon o a los dardos. Lidia y su marido son encantadores, nada mas llegar te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en tu casa. Nos gusto mucho el detalle del vino en la bienvenida. Brindamos por mas años como este,dificilmente superable por la calidad de la gente de la zona de la situacion de la casa y su entorno y de su clima. Sin duda lo recomendaria a cualquier familia con o sin niños que quieran visitar desde Obidos,Mafra,Sintra,Cascais,Ericeira,lisboa.

Superbe appartement au calme avec vue mer et piscine incroyable

Très agréable séjour dans cette petite résidence au calme, presque au bout du monde avant la mer ! Dans une résidence très bien entretenue, piscine très agréable, rue calme (sauf quelques chiens …), Le logement est comme si on était chez soi avec beaucoup de choses dans la cuisine , une salle de jeux / garage pour les jeunes , terrasse très agréable pour les repas , la propriétaire bien que pas sur place a été très arrangeante et plein de conseil. Un seul bémol, l’humidité probablement car le logement n’est pas assez ouvert ; de ce fait odeur dans les placards . Mais le séjour nous a vraiment plu avec proximité de plein de sites du centre de Lisbonne a Nazare .

Beautiful setting

This house is beautiful and spacious. It is much better than the photos present. Well equipped with everything you could possibly ask for on a holiday, it also sits in a peaceful location with great view for sunset. Our hosts were very welcoming and responded right away to our messages. Joao speaks excellent English, which makes everything so easy for a foreign holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Excelente sítio para descansar!

O atendimento do proprietário foi TOP. A casa estava em perfeitas condições de limpeza e conservação, e é muito espaçosa. Foram alguns dias muito tranquilos, em descanso, com uma linda vista do mar. Dá para passear até junto ao mar. Recomendo e espero voltar.

A great seaside escape in the countryside...

This townhouse was very spacious and allowed myself and adult son/daughter to hang out and have our own areas. The downstairs game room was a perk that we did not use as we were out most of the days exploring, castles, lighthouses, Ericeira, and beaches. Pool would have been fun to use, but temps were just a little too chilly for us. Excellent seafood restaurants in the immediate area...and highly recommend one walks/drives down to the waterfront restaurant located one road over....beautiful sunsets in a tiny little fishing bay. Only complaint was the choir of dogs barking at night located in the surrounding neighborhood....but we were out in the country so expected...we slept well anyways..

Roomy townhouse near cliffs

We booked this place when the owners of another place in Lourinha canceled our reservation last minute. This is an townhouse end unit on the end of the building away from the sea. Views were from the outside terraces. We were there late September so did not use the pool. I believe that Portuguese holidays end around mid-September which explains why it was very, very quiet in the little village of Assenta. This is by Assenta south "beach" (cliffs) away from the village by a short walk and backing up to farm fields. Very beautiful to walk around the cliff area. The unit is not luxury, but rather home-like, and feels like someone lives there normally. Basic kitchen, tile floors on ground floor and wood floors upstairs in the bedrooms which helped make it feel more cozy upstairs. There is a cute town north of this area called Santa Cruz and of course, Ericeira is south by about 20-25 minutes. We spent every day away from Assenta. One unfortunate thing is that it felt very damp in the unit and there were many many "air fresheners" which emit synthetic scents to cover up some mildewy smell. I am sensitive to these so that was uncomfortable. I don't know if it is more dry at other times, but we spent a month in Portugal staying in various areas from another coastal place to a place in the interior to Lisbon, and we did not experience this elsewhere. We have heard that this is common and mostly due to certain types of construction. Lydia's son spoke beautiful English (thankfully) and was more than accommodating and helped us with everything - lovely. I highly recommend the hosts.

Très bon séjour.

Pour nous c était l emplacement dans un petit bourg supermarché à 10 min de voiture. Appartement très spacieux et propre. Piscine idéale pour les enfants. Nous avons passé de super vacances.
