The house was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very responsive when I encountered an issue. I wish I had had a better idea of the neighborhood before I booked this, as I didn't feel 100% safe as a single woman on my own. Regardless, the house meet my needs.

Not sure why you will penalize a host for the neighborhood when this was put in the listing. Hundreds of guests including this guest has stayed successfully and comfortably with no issue.

Positive: close to Lucas Oil Stadium; Negative: seemed like owner forgot place had been rented for the night so was not ready even though we arrived 2.5 hrs after check-in time & had to wait for someone to arrive & turn the AC on & clean the house & we were already running behind to get to concert due to interstate accident so the situation put has farther behind and we unfortunately missed the opening act of the concert that we really traveled 5 hours to see. The home has some structural issues as well including flooring sinking in some places so just need to be careful of that as well.

Guest entered the property while we were still cleaning which is a safety issue. Appeared friendly in person and confirmed all was taken care of without issues, only to write negatively when a chance was had with the keyboard. Unfortunate but if you've hosted as long as we have, you will ultimately get guests like these.

Perfect for one night in town

This was the perfect option for staying in Indy for the night when all you need is a clean place to sleep, shower, and relax. It was a short drive to downtown and a fraction of the price for a hotel room.

One minor fault was that you advertise sleeping three but there were no extra blankets for someone to sleep on the couch.

Cozy cottage

Everything was wonderful and clean and we enjoyed ourselves nice and quiet neighborhood. The cottage was perfect

This little place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, heat and air worked great. Kitchen was supplied with some essentials. Check in and check out was easy and stress free. The location was close to downtown. The only heads up, which is NO reflection on the host...there is a rooster next door that will wake you at 5 a.m. so bring some white noise or ear plugs.

We had a nice stay. Very cozy. Just wish there was a fan for us to use. Got a bit hot while trying to sleep. But overall it was good. I’d book again.

Anniversary trip

This was our very first Vrbo stay. It was very pleasant. Please was clean and very well maintained. We would definitely consider renting this again along with recommending to others. We celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary this trip so it was even more special to us. Thanks again.

I had a great stay in Indianapolis. My Host was fantastic! He responded quickly to any questlons or needs I might have. It was a nice quiet location with hardly any traffic. It worked out perfect for me!

The grass wasn’t cut and the outside of the house and porch needs updating. However, I found the inside of the house very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very nice and quick to respond if I had any questions. I would stay here again.
