This renovated two-story townhome is just a short walk from the beach and boasts all the comforts of home.

With updated furnishings in every room -- including the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and family room, you'll enjoy the beach style décor as you relax to the sounds of the waves you can hear through open windows.

For the cooking enthusiast, you'll find a fully furnished kitchen perfect for dining at home and entertaining. Also features spacious closets and laundry/storage room. Enhanced professional cleaning.

Side yard with outdoor seating and a windsail for protection from sun.

Beach location with great small town beach feel. Close by golf, parks, trails, restaurants, fishing, boat ramps, tennis, pickleball, etc.

Beautiful place, and a great spot. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the beach several days during my trip. Convenient location for fishing trips (why I went stayed here) Just down the street is a beautiful park you children can play at, you can swim safely there, and it has a boat launch with a fair amount of parking for boat trailers. The Jetty is a great place to walk (also down the street) and fish. I landed a 4ft green Morey Eel there. Larry is a great host, I happen to get a chance to meet him in person and he gave me great information about the area. I'd highly recommend staying here and look forward to more trips down there in the future.

Excellent Vacation Spot

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. The place was as described and had everything we needed. We really liked how close it was to the beach and the provided beach gear(cart, towels, cooler and chairs). There were also nice parks close by to walk our dog. We would stay here again if back in the area.

Property was very clean and recently renovated. Great location with beach access across the street and pet friendly. Kitchen was well stocked with more than you could possibly need and there were plenty of beach accessories available to use.
