You need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get to the cabin. The road is steep and has some holes in the road on the curves. The hot tub was great and got 104 just like i like it! This cabin was great for our anniversary trip!

The only issue we could possibly have was the road getting to the cabin. We had beautiful weather so we had no issues, but if the weather could possibly be bad, I think the driveway would be impossible. I know my vehicle would not make it if the weather was bad. Other than that, the cabin was perfect!

Updated picture would have made my decision from the beginning! When I spoke to them they said it was not as steep as other reviews said, that was a lie. The fact it smelled of cigarette smoke, so bad that they hung air fresheners and Damprid bags that we found in our arrival. Supposedly there should have been secure garbage containers, there were not, That would explain why a large bear came visiting. He tried to get into our car ( nothing left in it) then climbed the back deck (12feet) and pulled a secured hot tub cover off to drink before coming to the kitchen window trying to get in! We called VRBO they did everything they could to help us get our money back. VRBO refunded us 384, stating they could not force Aunt Bugs to refund us, and of course they didn’t. DO NOT RENT THIS CABIN!!! The road to it was so dangerously steep that when we left ( less then 16 hours from arrival) I couldn’t keep our stuff in the back of our SUV without it rolling out at me. Bugs everywhere and my feet were black from the dirty floors! DON’T RENT THIS CABIN! We showed our pictures to a Ranger at the State Park, he said it was definitely as large as 250-300#s. Excuses, excuses was all we got!! Shame on you! Now I know why so many companies no longer go through VBRO! You have ruined it for all the honest people! I feel sorry for VBRO! They were the only ones who were willing to help! We found our own replacement and was able to save the remainder of our vacation! DO NOT RENT THIS CABIN!!!

Great place to stay

The stay went well. The road into and out of the property can be a little hairy. Parking is at the back of the property and is steep.

Spring Break in Gatlinburg

The property was awesome. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was so nice to come back to each night and relax! We will return next year!

Mountain Serene Cabin

Great location! Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Clean and cozy place for two. Stocked as described. Drive up the road is very steep and parking is also at an angle so be sure to use your parking brake! Really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was secluded and quiet. Property is at the end of the road so there is no cars to drive by.

Beautiful

Beautiful place and sitting. Driveway is very steep and could have better parking space area. But overall it’s a nice and clean place to stay.

Just what I was looking for

The little cabin was perfect for my birthday getaway. It was very close to everything while being decently secluded. The road it's on though is for expert level drivers! VERY steep with some very tight turns but that comes with the mountains!

Enjoyed our stay greatly. Suggest that Should add to description that there are no condiments—not even salt or pepper or extra trash bags, dish soap. However this does not deter our hope to return.

Good amount of sand/dirt in the hot tub, not sure when it was cleaned last. Floor was dirty and needed to be swept. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Dishes in cabinets were dusty and some were not clean. Very steep drive way not sure if it would be useable or safe in snow or ice.
