It was a great stay, I think next time I will do the upstairs unit. Had a wonderful stay and the property and staff were awesome!

Host communication was good - I appreciated the call ahead of time to let me know that the Wyndham is a time-share resort but I was not obligated to attend one of their sales pitches. The location of the resort in Princeville was very convenient.

Perfect QUIET getaway

Only thing I’d add is a bar for the pools, but the food trucks are a great bonus and nice added touch

Bali Hai is the perfect place to stay while on Kauai

We had an amazing time! We loved the pools, spas, foosball, ping pong, and the resort itself. The landscaping is gorgeous, and the staff was very friendly/helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Kauai. We hope to get back there soon!

Everything was great! The location was ideal. Great view of the pool area. Food trucks really hit the spot. The place itself was roomy, inviting, and easily accessible. Wish we could have stayed longer! Only concern was a shortage of pool towels but not a big deal.

Wonderful

The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. It’s about an hour away from the Lihue airport. We enjoyed the amenities available.

Fantastic Family Fun

This was such a great place to stay with teenage kids! We are a family of 4 and had two extra teenage friends with us on vacation and they were never board! So many fun things to do (pickleball, food trucks, pools, bbq space, gym) right on site!

Nice options;- Business Room available - Option for fast Internet - Option for AC- Gym available - Pool & Jacuzzi available - Market nearby if you want to utilize the kitchen - Nice beaches within nearby driving distance - Wonderful floor plan w/ separate bathrooms - Nice scenery - Balcony was comfortable

It’s paradise

We had a wonderful time staying at the resort. Everyone was very friendly, responsive and really exemplified the aloha spirit. The room was spacious and clean and the facilities were excellent. We hope to return in the future. Mahalo!

Great location and amenities

Perfect spot for families. Clean, spacious condo. The pools and grill areas are perfect for families. Two pools,hot tubs and a game area are huge bonuses for families with young kids. Amazing location, five minutes from food land, 10 mins from Hanalei. Food trucks were a huge bonus and easy. The resort has cute activities planned each day like Koi fish feeding and live music and Mai Tai hour. Gym was nice and recently redone. Would stay again!

Rainbows

Our last morning, we woke up to a rainbow in the direction of Hanalei! A perfect ending to a relaxing trip! The pools and fountains are gorgeous! We had a great view from our room. It was an easy drive to Hanalei and Hidden Beach was our favorite snorkeling spot!

Great complex, roomy condo

We had a great experience. Check in & check out was easy. You definitely want to rent a car. Lots of easy and close parking. The pools were VERY clean. Maybe the cleanest pool I have ever been to. Everything is well maintained. The owner was very responsive. I would recommend this owner and also this complex (Wyndham at Bali Hai).

Wyndham Bali Hai Villas

Very pleased with our stay. Everything we need was furnished with the villa. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort for your stay. Outdoor activities were available for use, just wish our stay was longer so we could enjoy the accommodations more. The guests upstairs had heavy feet but that didn’t hamper our time spent there.

Great stay

Great location! The only thing that was disappointing is that there was no tennis court as stated on listing. We’re a big tennis family and it was part of our decision why we decided book this particular condo. I would recommend taking that off the amenities list.

Enjoyed our stay.

The staff was overly nice. Very accommodating.The only negative comment was we had a bullfrog that lived outside our window in the pond. Croaked all night long. Would recommend staying away from a unit by the fish pond.

North Shore Getaway

We live on the South Shore and were looking for a 3-day getaway on the North Shore. Nice place. Reasonable rates. Unfortunately during our 3- day stay, Wyndham used the parking lot immediately in front of this unit as a dump (literally a dump) for old mattresses, furniture, etc). To make it worse the stuff sat there while it rained. Nasty. Then we listened to the “beep, beep “ backup warning of a lift vehicle used to move stuff to & from the pile. Not a great experience.

Pretty resort but not clean or updated horrible communication

Grounds well maintained. Actual unit was outdated and had several maintenance issues. Place was very dirty. Pubic hair in multiple places, food splashed on appliances, floors filthy. Bathroom sink clogged, toilet required fixing flapper after each flush, ants infested kitchen and bedroom, small black bugs under the kitchen sink. We request a reclean and that showed little improvement. AC worked the first 2 days but they shut it off saying we were not supposed to use it unless we paid $20 a day. Same pubic hair on the bathroom ledge our whole stay even after the second cleaning. The worst part was lack of communication from the manager and host. I have still not heard back from the host and we have been home for a week. We have reached out at least 10 times. Not worth the price for the 10 days we stayed there. For that price I expect a clean place and immediate communication when there is an issue.

Nice clean convenient, great amenities.

This is a time share property. It is well maintained, with lovely facilities. (WiFi was down however for our entire stay, apparently due to a storm)

Great

My husband, two kids (ages 7 & 10) and I stayed here for a week in May. The place was quiet and nice. Our kids LOVED the large nature inspired pool and two hot tubs. We didn't spend very much time at the VRBO, but it worked well as a home base. There was some confusion when we first checked in and they had to move us to a different room because they had the wrong check-out date for some reason. Everything turned out fine, though.

A gem!

Large, comfortable unit at a lovely resort. We enjoyed both the pools. A quick drive away from more fun activities (kayaking, shopping, the beach) and yummy places to eat. Super relaxing to enjoy the sunset sitting on the balcony.

Pictures were not accurate

When we got there our room was not the correct one. The staff was friendly and got us the correct room. I have no idea how they still have the green carpeting- it seems old and dirty. The chairs, bar stools had stains on them, seems like need to be updated. The pools were great, the beds were clean. I think I would choose another property next time.
