Good evening Angela, I hope your return to Edinburgh went well and that you will all keep fond memories of those few days spent at the villa. Thank you for your comments and for leaving the house so clean. I will be happy to see you again next time if you come back to the region. I wish you a very pleasant summer. Hélène

We had a wonderful time at the villa which was beautiful - clean, spacious, well located and beautifully cool when temperature was VERY hot outside. Our host Helene couldn't have been more thoughtful, friendly or helpful or responsive. Our flight arrived at 9 a.m. and she offered to keep our cases in the garage so we wouldn't have to carry them around with us, and the welcome pack of a bottle of wine and snacks was also very much appreciated. The location was great too with a supermarket and bakery less than 5 mins walk away and lots of lovely places to eat and drink. If you want to go further afield there are 2 or 3 railway stations in the area. We travelled to Cannes and Monte Carlo from Cagne Sur Mer - which was about a 30 min walk. None of us wanted to leave!

Had an amazing family holiday at this villa. The property was clean and well equipped with cooking facilities, great having a pool & bbq. Beach, restaurants & supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Helene was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay at this villa. The location is perfect … 5min walk to extra large supermarket, few mins away to the beach, 10mins from the marina. Bakery & bars 2mins away at the end of the street. The villa is lovely, has all you could ask for and the heated pool is a highlight. Terrace is perfect place to sit and watch the activity of the river. Really enjoyed our stay, it’s been very special. Thank you Hélène! Excellent host and lovely to meet you!

Lovely property with a fabulous, well-equipped outdoor space. Clean heated pool with plenty of sunbeds. Well equipped kitchen, including washing liquid etc which was appreciated. Location couldn't have been better - close to beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. Lovely. Ideal for our mixed aged family group. The only criticism I would have is that the beds were very hard (mattress toppers would have helped) and could have been bigger as rooms were large enough. Pull-out bed was ok but in a corridor, so no privacy.

What a fantastic, very private and secure villa! Would highly recommend and we have every intention of booking again., Located alongside the tranquil Loup river with a bank of trees opposite (full of wildlife including parakeets when we visited), only a 5min walk to the sea with a hypermarket, boulangerie, pharmacie and eateries only a short walk away. Super clean, very spacious, fully air conditioned, well equipped villa with very comfy beds and linen - two bedrooms on the ground floor with bathrooms and one on the first floor with bathroom. A wonderfully clean, heated pool (we had intended to use the pool alarm with young children but didn't after being advised that local birds/wildlife can regularly set it off!), outside toilet and shower, ample loungers and chairs with plenty of shaded areas around the villa together with 3 large outside eating areas. Helene is a very friendly, attentive host - fast responses to messages and very prompt sorting of a couple issues which arose. The welcome pack was much appreciated as was her waiting for us at the villa to show us around when our flight was considerably delayed. A wonderful holiday - thank you Helene. We look forward to a return visit in the near future.

Nice Villa with a very convinient pool and walking distance to the sea

Already the welcome was very warm and nice from Helen. The Villa have enough place and is located really 5minutes from a sandy public beach. Several restaurants and a big supermarket are also located in walking distance near by. For shopping you can go to several malls or Nizza, both aprox. 15min. by car. We enjoyed our time in the villa a lot. It was very clean, everything was organized well and we definitely recommend! Thank you for having us as your guests and hope to see you again.
