A renovated Tudor style home in Hatton Fields area. The home is very convenient to grocery stores that include Lucky, BevMo, Safeway, CVS Pharmacy. Very close to Barnyard shopping center and Crossroads shopping center. Also extremely convenient to Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Mission and Carmel beach. The home includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and room for parking up to 4 cars. Back deck and fire pit and bbq all available. No pets, parties or events. Security camera on outside of house.

Beautiful family house

This was a gorgeous house. Super spacious with a great yard for our kids to play in. Excellent location in Carmel by the Sea. Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds, super well appointed kitchen…Our two families had a lovely time and would love to return!

Perfect location!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 - has great amenities, is close to town, beds are very comfortable and the host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Lovely home for couples trip

We had such a great weekend at the house. It has 4 large bedrooms that were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great to cook in with everything you’d need which was perfect for our group. We used the grill the first night and everything worked well. There is a great backyard with a fire pit and hiking trails within a 5 min walk. Overall highly recommend

What a great property! Perfect location for our family trip to Pebble Beach and the Monterey Aquarium. We had a fantastic stay!

Perfect for two families

The house was a perfect layout for two families of young kids. Loved the location as well. Not far from the village and very close to Carmel Valley. Would definitely return!

Great spot

Great house for the family with the 4 rooms and 3.5 baths. Nice big kitchen. Close to town with $9 Uber rides in and out. Communication was great and very easy.

Perfect spot in Carmel

We had a group of 7 friends from college stay and this place was perfect! There was plenty of room, the house was comfortable, a nice spot out back to sit, and everything that we needed.

Amazing!

We went for a birthday girls weekend. The home was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were wonderful with communication and thoughtful with check in and out process. Would definitely return again.

Beautiful House

The house was so pretty and rooms were spacious. The outdoor heater and patio were nice. We walked to the village which is pretty far but very doable if you enjoy walking. Nice stay and super comfortable mattress upstairs master! Love Carmel!

Great stay in Carmel

Very nice , comfortable house on quiet street. Immaculate. Host made check in very easy. Great location for downtown Carmel. We were here for a wedding and we’re very happy with this house. Highly recommend.

NPS Graduation Gathering

Our family had a wonderful weekend staying at this property. The only complaint is that there is not enough light in the dining room. Everything else was perfect. We would stay there again. It was a happy celebration & our accommodations helped to make it even better.

We really enjoyed the place , location is perfect, the kitchen appliances are great. It is super clean. I have to mention the carpet is really ragged. It takes away from overall experience.

Took my family for a nice weekend trip. The house had such a great cottage feel. Super clean and had everything we needed. Location was very convenient. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with the host via text message. Would definitely recommend and stay here agian!

This house was a 10/10

We had a girls weekend at this house and our stay could not have been better. The house was nice and comfortable and beautiful. The house was the right amount of "lived in" so that there were supplies we needed like kitchen utensils, olive oil, warm blankets, games, etc. but also like a professional rental house. The hosts were communicative and easygoing. Overall, would absolutely stay here again. Would be good for a friends weekend or a getaway with extended family. The rooms are quite big and nice bathrooms.
