The property is great. It is on the main floor first door inside the building, which makes it super easy to get in and out. The kitchen is fully loaded with anything you would need to cook. The patio is great for sitting out eating dinner after cooking on the grill.

This condo was perfect! Very spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. Extremely clean, great location and the pool access was amazing. Communication with host was fantastic as well. Will definitely book this place again when we come back.

Very family-friendly environment. Right next to a fairly large indoor-outdoor waterpark. An added perk included six free passes. There is also a small heated outdoor pool on the property. The accommodations were clean and as stated in the description. The main-floor level condo near the entrance was very handy. Great location with a quick drive to the amusement park and eating places. Try Spudnutz for donuts and Frozen Parrot for ice cream.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and located in a lovely building. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with.I was in town as a vendor at the Clay County Fair, so I was gone most of the day and unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities the condo had to offer. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything I could have needed for cooking. The beds were absolutely amazing and so comfortable, and having a washer and dryer right in the unit was a huge plus. The designated parking space was also extremely convenient.There is a waterpark right there, which would be a great benefit for families during the summer season. There is also a wonderful restaurant right there at the resort. Everything you need for a great vacation.I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable here. It was a quiet wonderful place to come back to after a long day at the fair. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back!

The host was very responsive and answered our questions. It was helpful that the condo was the first one on the first floor for easy access and has a nice deck. There were people using the open grassy area between the buildings to play yard games and grill. We enjoyed walking down to the dock and watching the boats go by. It was a short walk to the waterpark and we had a great time there. We had fun riding ebikes, checking out Barefoot bar, shopping (Central Emporium and Arnold's park area) and mini golfing (Treasure village and Pirate's cove), everything was easy to get to.

We enjoyed our stay at Bridges Bay. Having a baby with us, the condo had provided a pack-and-play along with a high chair for us to use. Saved us from having to pack these. The kitchen had a great assortment of tools and appliances. There were also basic condiments and spices available for us to use. The location was fantastic to the pool area and the outside deck made for a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Lee was easy to communicate and provided us with the necessary info and got back to us quickly when asked questions.

We really enjoyed our “last minute” trip to Okoboji. Lee (the host) was very communicative and we appreciated the information we received before arriving. It is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the lake. The community is quiet and the kids really enjoyed the water park! We will return as soon as we can for sure!!!
