Welcome to your Maui Retreat: E Komo Mai (Welcome) to spectacular Maui Kai 605! This bright and cozy condo is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your Maui Vacation! This gorgeous 6th floor location allows you to drink in over 180 degrees of expansive panoramic ocean views that can only be described as “breathtaking!” This area gets its name “Sunset Alley” because the sun sets directly between the islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i year round.
Managed by Maui Paradise Properties, a locally owned and operated, fully licensed real estate brokerage specializing in vacation rentals.

Very clean, spacious, and well stocked condo with anything you'd want. From a corkscrew, pull down lanai shades, to beach chairs, this place had everything. Had a small issue with internet service but host communicated well and tried multiple options to resolve. Air conditioning worked well. Needed to have something shipped that we forgot and front office was awesome on arrival communication. Pool house and area are always clean, tons of options (grill, fridge, ping pong, large TV) to entertain beyond the pool and hot tub. We also love there is never a concern about space or chairs due to low usage!

Kitchen opens up to the Ocean, can hear the waves from the bedroom, sunsets from this unit are dreamy. From the balcony we saw whales breaching, monk seals fishing, and families of turtles navigating the shore line. For the value this unit knocks it out of the park. Food trucks are a short walk and papis ohana for the islands best cinnamon rolls right next door.

This is a perfect location and if you want to see sea turtles and whales, you will likely see both. The condo was large and is properly stocked. The best feature was the lanai. We will definitely come back to this rental if we can!

Beautiful view! We loved sitting on balcony with a glass of wine and watching the whales. Great location. Grocery store, restaurants, bars, and shopping center all near by. Condo was clean and enjoyed the well stock kitchen. This was are second stay in the complex and we will be back!

The room was great! We didn't use the pool much mostly because it rained quite a bit. The elevators weren't working part way through our trip. I felt bad for the older people who were carrying their suitcases up and down stairs, so we did help when we saw them. Once the rain stopped, the property was cleaned up and the elevators were fixed. One thing that was not a good look for Maui Kai is that the Hilton was dumping their water out of their parking structure and it was not easy to walk through or across to get to the boardwalk or food trucks. It seems they should be able to pump into the drain instead of the street so your guests don't have to drive to get out of the parking lot.

The elevators were down on and off while we were there. We had to haul all of our luggage/groceries up to the 6th floor. After having traveled ALL day, this was the last thing we wanted to ne doing. If the elevator is down, I highly suggest there is someone there to assist getting items to their rooms. I saw several elderly people struggling with this, and some even leaving to go elsewhere.The door does not shut without slamming it hard. This would be a quick fix and I'm sure the neighbors would appreciate it as well.The pillows on the bed are terrible - flat and no support. For what we paid for the week, invest in some better pillows. Renters will appreciate it.The kitchen was well stocked, wi-fi was great and the beach supplies were appreciated (beach chairs, towels, cooler)For the money, I would not stay here again.

Beautiful views, the lanai is the place to be when hanging out at the condo. Everything we needed was there & very clean. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Loved our morning walks along the boardwalk. Everything was perfect!

Amazing Maui Location!

Wow! Everything here is perfect. The space is beautiful and clean. Everything you need can be found in the condo. The location on the beach is amazing. We'll be back!!!

First Family Vacation

This was our first vacation with our 19 month old. Everything was fabulous! My husband and I really loved having the gorgeous view on the lanai while she was napping. The pool is a little lame, but we also were almost always the only ones there which was nice. Checkin was easy and the place was stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Thank you for letting us stay!

Excellent Stay

The condo is updated and exactly as described. AC worked great when ocean breezes were taking a break. The ocean front views are amazing. Location close to grocery store and food trucks super convenient. Easy access to beaches (walk or drive). Beach chairs in closet were a nice bonus. Pool is a little small but worked perfectly for us. Overall a five star stay and would recommend.

Great location, great view, overall awesome experience.

Pool area and club house was nice and well kept. The entire property was great, awesome location. The management company's communication was good and they really tried their best to accommodate. Unfortunately we had a leak from above us that was in our bathroom cause the floors to get wet. Seemed like it came from a condenser in another unit. Regardless, we really enjoyed our stay and hope that leak from the fan above the toilet gets fixed permanently. I would book the property again! We had 4 people, 2 kids ages 3 & 7 and stayed for a week.
