Great one bedroom house on a beautiful property with a mountain trout stream in the backyard. Very clean, very comfortable, with all the amenities you could want. Great privacy even with other houses on the property. Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer than we did. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. Communication with the host was great and we hope to met them the next time we are there.

Everything we needed. Kitchen fully equipped. Very clean and comfortable.Host is wonderful and excellent communication.Our second time here and we’ll return.

Great rental!

The cabin was perfect for us. The hosts were very friendly and even invited us for a bonfire. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Relaxing and beautiful get-away

We had a wonderful weekend at The Guest House! The property was a perfect spot for a weekend away. The house was very clean and cozy and we enjoyed the scenic river view. We would highly recommend this place and hope to return again soon!

This is a perfect little get away spot. Beautiful scenery and comfortable location on the property with a welcoming vibe and clear direction for parking and entering the Guest House. I did not get to enjoy the property and all of its beauty as much as a wanted to because we were here for other reasons, but the allure of it has me already planning a trip back to get the full experience. The Guest House was very clean and stocked for the necessities needed for immediate arrival, Kay thinks of it all! Sorry Keevin if I assumed wrong! The layout is perfect and has a very home like feeling. We did a lazy relaxing Sunday before a long drive home and it was perfect. Thanks for a great stay and I will be back with my adventurous fiance for sure! He is already looking forward to it!

Perfect Getaway

Amazing location and scenery. Excellent trout fishing in the river and extremely relaxing. It was the perfect location to just get away from it all and recharge.

Perfect Weekend!

Breathtaking getaway

The property was gorgeous and the location on the river is serene. We loved our time and will definitely be back. Property owners were incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Great location to unwind.

We had such a wonderful time staying here! It’s so beautiful and clean and Mrs. Kay was so kind and helped us find where to go kayaking. I highly recommend.

Nice getaway place

When we arrived we were happy to see the photos and descriptions were exactly as told. The location is a wonderful spot to enjoy nature right there or to visit nearby outdoor locations. We look forward to going back again when we stay a bit longer.

Relaxing

Property was very clean, well furnished and decorated and host was extremely nice. We loved our stay and we relaxed the whole weekend which is exactly what we wanted to do. We’ll definitely be back!

What an Awesome Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! What a great place to disconnect and have a relaxing weekend! The property with river views off the back porch was an added treat! We will definitely be back! Kay is such a gracious host!

Great stay for a fishing trip!

Had an overwhelmingly pleasant stay here. Kay and Keevin’s hospitality goes above and beyond. The guest house is very private and extremely clean and well furnished, felt like I was at home! The house is a great location for fishing right on the Chauga river and within 15 minutes of the Chattooga River. Will definitely be coming back for another visit!

Riverfront Retreat

The Guest House was extremely nice and clean. The perfect getaway spot, located right on the river. We loved sitting out on the back patio at night listening to the sounds of nature. The host Kay was very attentive to our needs. Looking forward to our next stay at this unique property.

Loved it all!

Beautiful property! Everything we needed for the perfect weekend get away. The Guest House is Super cute and comfy just steps away from the River. cleanliness gets 5+ stars. Thank you Kay! Highly recommended!
