Henry's Lake Overlook I - 20 Miles from YNP

The left side of this duplex will sleep up to 6 people and offers 2-bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a sleeping loft with a bunk bed, full kitchen, spacious living room and a bathroom located on the main floor. With incredible view of Henry's lake and the surrounding mountains, this is the perfect getaway for exploring Island Park and Yellowstone National Park.

On the main floor you'll find one of the two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a free washer and dryer, a fully furnished kitchen (except food) with bar seats and plenty of room to cook. Also on this level is a living room with a sofa sleeper and dining table.

On the second level is a sleeping area that contains a twin over twin bunk bed a table for playing games and the second bedroom which features a queen been, clothes dresser and plenty of closet space.

If you need more room and beds, both sides of the cabin may be rented (a reservation for each is required) to sleep up to 12 people (See Listing "Henry's Lake Overlook II (Right Side) - Sleeps 6").

Outside, a fire pit provides an evening of campfire stories, roasting hot dogs and marshmallows, or just a relaxing evening of star gazing. Don’t forget the wood. For those days you want to cook outside, a gas grill is available for grilling to your heart’s desire. Small grocery stores are available in Island Park and West Yellowstone. If you are too tired to cook, there are a variety of restaurants in the area as well.

Amenities in this cabin include a fully-furnished kitchen (except food), laundry facilities, and a comfortable family room with a sofa sleeper. Henry's Lake Overlook I (Left Side) is its own unit in a duplex. No rooms are shared and each has its own entrance. You will have access to this unit only.

Quickly access trails, watch wildlife, listen to the sounds of nature, fish nearby lakes and streams, float Big Springs river at Macks Inn, and visit Yellowstone National Park. Be sure to bring your camera to capture memories that will last long past your vacation. Other amenities of Island Park include nearby gas stations, grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, golf course, horseback riding, fishing excursions, rafting trips, water sports on Island Park Reservoir, and ATV rentals. Amenities in the home include free Wi-Fi, garbage haul off, cable television, outside games such as frisbee, a ladder game, and corn hole, puzzles and board games.

This cabin is located in a quiet, small neighborhood. Just down the street, Henry's Lake is renowned for its world-class fishing. Even though it is a small, shallow alpine lake, it hosts the biggest fish around. The lake is also in the middle of surrounding mountains, which makes for some of the most picturesque photos. There is a ATV/Dirt bike path which follows Highway 87 to countless trails to be explored and enjoyed. We partner with several local rental companies for ATVs and snowmobiles and some of them can deliver the machines directly to your rental cabin.

In order to get around to the places you want to go see, you must have your own transportation as public transportation and ride share services are not available.
