Minutes from National Scenic Area hikes, Multnomah Falls Lodge, The Vista House, Historic Troutdale, and 40 minutes to Hood River. 2 Queen beds and 2 twins. On two private acres. Includes laundry on site, high speed wi-fi, HDTV, log in with your own Netflix, video game console. Pets welcome (there is a friendly neighborhood dog).

The Corbett House is the perfect homebase for Columbia River Gorge adventures. The house had everything we needed and a breathtaking view of the river. Communication was always quick and easy.

The house was great, the views are amazing. The only small complaint is the outdoor furniture was a little run down and the grass needed trimmed. Other than that I would highly recommend this property.

Incredible location!! The view out the front of the property was spectacular!! We enjoyed the evening view and coffee out front in the morning. The home was confortable with loads of space for our family of four (two twenty year olds travelling with my husband and me). We wished we could stay longer! We were only here one night due to our travel plans. Well equipped VRBO with everything we needed! Thank you, Cliff!

I highly recommend this home

The view was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. It was a perfect place for us to stay prior to my son’s wedding.

Cute Craftsman with amazing views!

We were so happy to return to our favorite Corbett house with the most amazing view of the Columbia Gorge. It is so quiet and private, but still close enough to Portland to take advantage of all the fun!

We had a wonderful stay the Columbia River Gorge Retreat

Cliff was great to communicate with and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even a welcome gift waiting for us. This home is a dream - my friends and I fell in love with it's old home charm and beautiful views. Thank you for a great stay!

Hilltop Gem

Hilltop cottage overlooking the Columbia River Gorge. Perfect location for hiking the many waterfalls. Besides the stunning view the house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Host was very quick to answer any questions and checkin/checkout was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Great getaway home

The views from this home are amazing. It fits the listing perfectly and the layout is exactly what we wanted for a nice Mother’s Day getaway. Close enough to travel/visit the sites and remote enough to feel like you have “gotten” away. Love it!!!!

Columbia River Gorge

A centennial home with a spectacular view of the Columbia River! We spent the mornings with coffee and that fantastic view. Then it was just moments to all the beautiful waterfalls in the area. Evenings around the fire pit! Quiet and relaxing!

Quaint home with exquisite views!

My husband, son and I stayed here and were pleasantly enjoyed the stunning views. Cliff is a great host! While the house could definitely do with a deep clean to remove some thick layers of dust (and dead bugs), overall it was a nice stay in a quiet location. My son would even venture to say the best part was the neighbor's dog, Muira, who visited us daily!

Great for hikers!

This house is private and quiet, but just a short trip to many great waterfall hikes and even convenient to the airport. The house has a terrific view, and the owner gave me some great hike information. There are hike books and maps in the house and the kitchen was well stocked. One of my favorite things is that there are pictures throughout the house of waterfalls and other views, and a booklet explaining how to get to each one.

Spectacular river view

Location, location, location. Great view and the owner has went to great lengths to provide all the amenities. House is 91 years old but owner has propane and ceramic heaters to beat the cold. We feasted on the view for our entire stay. And the dog was happy we got away from the fireworks on New Year's Eve (could see them in a distance across the river but could not hear them).

Comfortable beds. Nice, comfortable recliners and couch in the living room. Living room and breakfast room views out over the Columbia River. Kitchen full of utensils for cooking. Easy access to the scenic highway and interstate going through the gorge. Would rent it again.

Beautiful view

Great location. Very private and peaceful. House was nicely updated. The bathroom could use some work but it is an older house. The house was warm and welcoming with the fireplace going when we arrived. I also appreciated all the neutral smelling bedding and towels as my allergies go crazy with scents.
