Duplex apartment of 120m2, and 2 terraces of 50m2 each with sea and village views. This duplex is located in the heart of the village of Morro Jable, 200m from the beach and all shops and restaurants.
The apartment is secured with an ALARM and remote monitoring. A safe is available.
It includes a first level with: an entrance, a living room with television, a bedroom with double bed 140x200 and television, a shower room with WC, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hotplates, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a 50m2 panoramic village and sea view terrace with lounge and dining area.
On the second level: a hallway, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and television, dressing room, a 50m2 solarium terrace with panoramic views of the village and the sea.
If necessary, the living room is equipped with a 140x200 convertible sofa.
The apartment is equipped with WIFI, free satellite TV and ADSL television, and air conditioning on the 2 levels.
This duplex has a staircase: it is recommended to take care when there are children.

We have had wonderfull 14 days in the Apartment. The Appartement is really nice and clean, with every stuff you need for daily use. The Communication to the owner was very good. His response was allways quickly and he gave really good recommendations for restaurants and trips. We enjoyed the whole Holiday and we would come back. nice recommendation from our side: the dish washer seems very old and it needs a replacement.

Good Holiday

Nice apartment, very well equipped. Lovely top floor sun terrace well screened from neighbours. Excellent check in with a very helpful Teresa. Property lies at the back of Morro Jable with a very steep walk to town & nearby beaches. Car parking quite close to prperty.

Excellent spacious apartment near all local amenities - would not hesitate to stay here again. Communication with owner and property manager could not be faulted. There is a steep hill right outside the property but easy enough to go a longer flatter route for access if required.

Large private appt close to shops and beach

Enjoyed a lovely week in this clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious apartment. The apartment is not overlooked by neighbouring properties and the sun terrrace gets sun from about 10:30am in April all the way through to sunset. The nearby Spar is perfect for croissants, fresh bread and everything else you might want during your stay. The long, sandy beach is a five minute walk away and the sea is beautifully calm and refreshing. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we would recommend booking a table at Bodega del Jandia for an excellent tapas meal. All in all an excellent week in the sun. Thank you Thierry!

Stylish Apartment - Bit of a noisy area for us

Although the apartment is beautifully decorated and has almost everything you need, the location wasn't great for us. There is a car park and noisy road junction directly below / opposite the apartment. You may also experience some noise from the local residents. While this may not bother you if you're out and about all day we wanted to enjoy time on the sun terrace and outside dining area at various times of the day and so were a little irritated by the noise. We had hoped that being on the hill near the top of the town, it would be quieter but that wasn't the case. Obviously many others have stayed here and have left amazing reviews, I guess we all have different opinions and requirements of what makes the ideal holiday. The apartment entrance is off a very steep side road so care is needed if you have any mobility issues, it wasn't a problem for us but just be aware. The local town and surrounding area is right on your doorstep being just a few minutes walk away. The beach at Morro Jable is just superb, with literally miles of golden sand, truly magnificent and great to wander along as we did. The host and local management team were great and responsive to our queries and questions upon arrival.

Pros y contras

PROS:casa amplia, con luz y cerca de la playa. Grandes terrazas. CONTRAS:Sofas de salón y terraza muy muy muy sucio. No hay puertas en dormitorio principal, ni en cocina. Se oye TODO. No hay cortinas ni persianas en salón.... . Llevar antifaz si quieres dormir sin luz

I find it hard to understand the negative reviews. The apartment is perfectly cleaned: the covers of the cousins on the terrace are put in the washing machine after each rental. The living room sofa cannot be machine washed but the fabric is cleaned, especially in the COVID situation. Given the state of filth in the apartment that this lady left, I cannot have a lesson to take from this lady !!! (I still left a maximum rating for her to stay positive!). It is true that there is no door to the kitchen, nor to the upstairs bedroom but this is visible in the photos, and it is part of the architecture: the bedroom / bathroom suite is on the second floor of the duplex and preserves privacy. There are no shutters or blinds in the living room but the bedrooms have them: I guess this lady, alone with her daughter, was sleeping in the bedrooms: where is the problem? In conclusion, this lady is in bad faith: I think it's because I refused her a reduction in the price of her rental .... Me cuesta entender las críticas negativas. El apartamento está perfectamente limpio: las mantas de los primos en la terraza se ponen en la lavadora después de cada alquiler. El sofá de la sala no se puede lavar a máquina, pero la tela se limpia, especialmente en la situación de COVID. Dado el estado de suciedad en el apartamento que dejó esta señora, ¡no puedo tener una lección que aprender de ella! (¡Todavía le dejé una calificación máxima para que se mantuviera positiva!). Es cierto que no hay puerta a la cocina, ni al dormitorio de arriba pero esto se ve en las fotos, y es parte de la arquitectura: el dormitorio / baño en suite está en el segundo piso del dúplex y preserva la privacidad. No hay persianas ni persianas en la sala, pero las habitaciones las tienen: supongo que esta señora, sola con su hija, estaba durmiendo en las habitaciones: ¿dónde está el problema? En conclusión, esta señora tiene mala fe: creo que es porque le negué una rebaja en el precio de su alquiler ...

Die Unterkunft war perfekt, sehr großzügig und super sauber! Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr hilfreich - es gab leckere Restaurant Tipps. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz und die kleine Promenade sehr sympathisch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Super, gepflegte Wohnung, alles für den Aufenthalt vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Gehbehinderte ist der Zugang etwas schwierig. Auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung für die Wohnung.

Super Unterkunft

Wir waren knapp 2 Wochen hier. Teresa war beim Check-in sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht (vielen Dank nochmal) und auch Thierry war sowohl bei der Kommunikation im Vorfeld, als auch während des Aufenthalts, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig (auch hier nochmal danke!) Die Unterkunft selbst war exakt wie beschrieben, großzügige Bäder, bequeme Betten (mit richtigen und getrennten Bettdecken-was in Fuerteventura selten ist) und die Terrassen sind sehr groß und die untere wurde täglich zum Frühstücken genutzt. Ja, sie liegt an einer Straße und da kann es auch mal lauter sein, aber man kann nicht in der Nähe von Strand, Stadt und Supermarkt sein wollen und gleichzeitig abgelegen wohnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wonderful time in beautiful flat

Herrliche drei Wochen dürften wir in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbringen. Sehr zentral, alles gut zu erreichen. In 5 Minuten am Strand. Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Séjour au top

L'appartement de Thierry a été idéal pour nous (1 couple avec 1 ado). Spacieux et réparti sur 2 étages, chacun a son espace avec une terrasse, avec vue sur le village et la mer. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Teresa avec qui nous avons fait le tour de l'appartement. Et Thierry n'a pas été avare pour nous conseiller de bonnes adresses où manger. La situation est idéale avec le supermarché à 2mn et le coeur de village et les plage à 5mn. Je recommande vivement !

Großzügiges Apartment im Zentrum von Morro Jable

Dieses saubere und sehr schön eingerichtete Apartment entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Lage ist sehr zentral mit Blick auf Atlantik und dem schönen Teil von Morro Jable (man sieht zum Glück nicht die architektonische Bausünde Matorral ).

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung allein hat uns bewogen sie spontan noch einmal zu besuchen. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Leben mitten in einem spanischen Urlaubsort muss man mögen. Wir waren es. Die Wohnung mit ihrer Größe und der nahen Strandlage war für uns perfekt.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt perfekt. Super ausgestattet, vor allem in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Hervorzuheben ist auch die große Sonnenterrasse sowie eine überdachte Terrasse, auf der man von der Sonne geschützt herrlich frühstücken kann. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Straßenlärm hält sich in Grenzen. In der Wohnung selbst ist es ganz ruhig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt. Auch den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und der Kontaktperson vor Ort war super.

The property was spotlessly clean and much appreciated. The hill to the apartment is extremely steep … as a senior with failing knees, this was a daily challenge. The apartment directly across the road is extremely run-down and seems full of dodgy characters. A block (yes, down that darn hill) is a very large SPAR supermarket with an excellent selection of everything you could need, including freshly made baked goods and breads. Overall this was everything we expected and more. By the way, the beds are every bit as good as home and super comfortable. Highly recommended for someone looking to be in the centre of the town, in a very large space with huge decks and terraces.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen, komfortablen und geräumigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Übergabe durch Teresa verlief optimal. Der Ersatz eines defekten Gerätes wurde durch den Vermieter innert kürzest möglicher Zeit erledigt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
